This is a very clean and friendly facility. My mom always has positive comments when asked about the food, activities and staff. My personal experience has always been nothing but awesome and amazing. Even the maintenance guys are happy to help with hooking up the TV and moving things around. I would highly recommend Merryvale for any loved one. I can see my mom feels safe, happy and very well taken care of. A special thanks to all the employees and staff members for you hard work and making this a wonderful place for my mom.

I toured Merryvale Assisted Living. Unfortunately, it was my least favorite, but it had nothing to do with the price. It seemed very outdated. All the staff seemed very kind, but it seemed old fashioned and rundown a little bit more than some of the other options. The rooms were small. They didn't have assisted living rooms available for me to look at. The staff showed me a memory care room. It seemed like the most depressing place out of all the ones that I went to. The dining area seemed nice but really small.

I wouldn't refer anyone to bring there family members to this facility the executive director is so rude and very cold hearted and the staff be wearing their night bonnet to work my dad had hair in him food I went to talk to the executive director about it and she could only say she would speak to the kitchen about it

I toured the memory care of Merryvale Assisted Living. They seemed very involved with their residents, and seemed to pay very close attention to detail. It was clean. The room we toured had new carpets and was updated. The staff was friendly and personable. The dining area was clean and organized. They had a lot of activities. They had a full calendar of it that were available for the residents.

The tour experience at Merryvale Assisted Living was very good. I was very impressed. The staff was very cooperative, nice, and informative. The rooms were nice and clean. In fact, they were being refurbished. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The patients seemed very content. They had a library and an activity room.

We visited Merryvale Assisted Living and its very good. The staff is very good. The dining area was very nice. They have a library and an area for veterans that has their pictures on the wall.

My mom has been at Merryvale Assisted Living for about a month and a half. It's awesome and the staff knows every patient's and visitor's name. It's a very good, beautiful, clean community with excellent food and activities.

Merryvale Assisted Living was one of the first facilities that we went to. One of the nursing staff that showed us around was very nice. She explained everything that she could and answered all the questions. I was also able to talk to an administrator on the phone with some general information, and everybody was very kind and very helpful. The people that we saw there seemed to be happy. We did talk to some residents, and they seemed to like the facility very well. They have an activities director. They have a little game room setup for the residents to play board games or watch TV; there was a really homey atmosphere in that general area.

Merryvale Assisted Living was fabulous. It was like a 5-star hotel. It's a beautiful facility. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The staff are extremely helpful and very nice. They have lots of activities. Everybody there seemed happy.
