I have been at the Lodge for two years. This place has change managers and staff so frequently it’s hard to keep up. They don’t pay their bills. They have roof leaks and the roof is covered with a tarp. The pool is never open and not maintained. The activities are always cancelled. The rooms are spacious and the residents are great. The food is great. But this place needs a new manager and management. They have destroyed a beautiful place.

The Lodge at Bridgemill was a beautiful location. The building was very nice. The people were wonderful because I was talking to a lot of the people who live there. The apartments were small and they had little bitty kitchens in them. They told me to get rid of my furniture but they're very precious to me, and I'm not getting rid of them. They have a lot of activities. They keep everybody very busy. I asked, "Can I have my family over for Thanksgiving dinner?" and the staff wouldn't answer me.

We toured The Lodge at Bridgemill for my mother. It was nice and clean. The unit they showed us was up-to-date, modern, and kept clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and caring. They were nice and funny. We had fun with them.

I was really impressed with The Lodge at Bridgemill because they had a two bedroom at a good price, but the price doesn't include the meal. They only have breakfast and dinner and you have to pay separately for those. They have transportation if you need to get to a doctor or something. The person who gave the tour was real nice. He came to pick me up so I wouldn't have to drive and get lost. That was cool. It was a nice place, but the rooms for me were smaller and they didn't have a full kitchen. They didn't have a stove. They have activity directors and classes and they had a movie theater there. It was really neat. It was by two schools, but it was also deep woods. So, if you had a unit that was facing the woods, it was really nice. They said I could screen the porch if I wanted to (either that or the balcony). I have to pay for it myself and I could paint on the walls any color I wanted. So, they were up to letting you make it feel like you're home. There was a welcome sign up when I got there with my name on it. The tour person also took me home. If you wanted the pool, you had to go to the YMCA. The Lodge at Bridgemill was more of an apartment house, which was fine for me.

I toured The Lodge at Bridgemill. I like the size of the apartments, the comments from the people that live there, the cleanliness of it, and definitely Nikki (she was the staff person who showed me around). She bent over backward with me. I mean, pleasant, and I really like her. I like the idea that they want you to have a landline, and then it's part of what you pay in your rent. They have a swimming pool. I've met a lot of the people that live there and talked about the activities and the people who live there. I hope to find the same thing positive that the people I ran into. I'm really looking forward to it. They don't serve lunch. I think the meal situation is what I would vote down, but Nikki had already told me that it was something they have been discussing and trying to work out. They have breakfast, two mornings a week, and then dinner five nights a week Monday to Friday. As for the meal situation, it's not as I would wish it to be. Consider a change in their programming, because that's what I'm walking into is not something I'm terribly excited about. I wanted at least one meal a day available to me, and that's not going to happen. I haven't tasted anything yet. What I'm walking into is not acceptable yet, but I'm hoping to be able to work with them and do some compromising, and it may cost a bit more.

I liked The Lodge at Bridgemill. They showed me a one bedroom, one bath and that would fit my needs very nicely. It seems like a comfortable place to live. I talked with several of the residents and they were congenial and they seemed happy being there. I think I would be happy there, too. I only met the girl who took me for a walk and she was pleasant, but she was not certain as to her knowledge on some things. Perhaps she was maybe a little new to the job, but she found the answers that I needed, and that's the important thing. The building is not brand new, but it still appealed to me. I thought it was clean and nice, and that's what I'm looking for. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I like the size of the rooms for one person and the layout of the room was good for me.

I toured The Lodge at Bridgemill. The representative was very nice and very informative. The facility and the grounds were nice. I also like that they have floor representatives, which means people who live there who like to check in on the other people who live there. They have someone per floor who is in charge of things and can help. The rooms seem pretty roomy, and pretty spacious for the price. Everything was decorated well, and it was very pretty.

I live at the lodge and it has gone downhill under the staff they have. Things want get done and they rent to anyone. The pe are rude. The list is so long and if you talk to them they act like they will do something and you know they want. They treat you like you are nothing. The building has gone down it’s very sad . The manager Kay hides so she want have to talk with you. Don’t waste your time. Moving when my lease is up.

I toured The Lodge at Bridgemill. I thought it was too remote for me, and I did not like the people that were interviewing me. They were snooty. The studios were nice. They're very large. They're very good that way, but I couldn't get by the personnel, so I chose not to pursue it. Their apartments were very large, and the facilities were very good. They had pretty much everything to offer in that sense than most of the senior communities have, but I just couldn't get by the personnel.

The Lodge at Bridgemill was lovely and the person who gave me the tour was lovely. They showed me, models. It was a very well-organized, thought-through, and customized tour based on a couple of minutes of conversation with me. It was pricy, but it's a lovely facility. It's thoughtfully laid out and aesthetically pleasing. I had not had a chance to eat lunch and I was a little lightheaded, and the staff member who was showing me around called the kitchen and said, "We got to feed this lady now or she's going to fall over." They made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, that was probably the best one I've ever had. It was a snack to keep my blood sugar stable. They're busy and this request came out of nowhere, and they still managed to deliver. I think that speaks very highly of their thoughtfulness and their flexibility. If they weren't so pricy, I would have gone with The Lodge. They're just on the top end of my budget and I don't want to spend all of my money that way.

The Lodge at Bridgemill was very nice and it had very nice grounds. They allow dogs, which is good. However, meals were not included, and secondly, they didn't have any activity scheduled. Whatever the people wanted to do, they could do, but there was nothing planned like lessons, crafts, or something like that. The folks were kind of just dependent on themselves to play cards or whatever it was they wanted to do. Other than that, the rooms were very nice and it is independent living. Everyone is kind of free to do whatever they want to do. There's just not a whole lot that's scheduled for them to do in the area of enlightening their minds and being busy with something. The staff during the tour was wonderful. She went through it all and answered all my questions. The dining area was very nice. The environment was very nice.

I saw the independent living part of The Lodge at Bridgemill. It seemed nice and clean, everybody seemed happy, and it was good. For activities, I think they had needlework and they played games like mahjong. They also had a pool. They serve meals but they're just getting started so they are not every day yet. Maybe just 2 meals a day. The staff was fairly nice. They want to do their best for everyone there. The rooms were nice but they had more carpet and I prefer it without carpet. They had carpet everywhere except the kitchen and the bathroom but because of my wheelchair, I prefer not to have carpet.

We went to The Lodge at Bridgemill. It was phenomenal. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The people were friendly, and it seemed like a lovely facility. They have an outdoor swimming pool. There was what I would call a game room (I'm not sure what else to call it) where you can go in and play chess, checkers or cards, or whatever with individuals. They did have a bar, which I thought was kind of a cool thing. The lady said a lot of times they'll go gather at the bar and have a cocktail, so I thought that was neat. They'll still do even though they are older clientele, so they're still able to enjoy life. She said there was a library there as well. I don't know if the lady that gave us the tour was considered staff. Her attire was slightly unprofessional. Now the lady at the front desk that checked us in, was very sweet and very kind. It was a very nice facility, very well cared for, and clean. I had hoped that's where my father would want to go, but then he got cold feet per se of moving.

The Lodge at Bridgemill was a little bit nicer than the other place I went to. It was high as far as monthly payments, but they included everything. I just wasn't wiling to pay that much. The staff was very nice and very professional. The place look nice and it looked like the grounds were very well kept and looked beautiful. I saw a tennis courts driving in, which might also be a bocce ball or paddle ball. The dining area looked nice, but I didn't try any food. The outdoor spaces were nice if you wanted to walk around. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It haven't seen the units, but the maintenance and outside were nice.

I went to see The Lodge at Bridgemill. It seemed like a lovely community. I got stung by a wasp halfway through the tour and had to leave, but what I saw seemed very nice. I only had interactions with one staff member who was giving me the tour, and she was lovely. The facility was fine. However, it was a little bit dark and not cheerful. For that reason, I wouldn't give it a high mark. They have a little putting green, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a pub. They have arts and crafts activities, they have music, and they have events on the weekend. They provide transportation to the doctor if you need it, and they have shopping outings with transportation included. If it wasn't for the fact that it looked dingy, and if it had a brighter paint, the place would get a much better rating. I think the color was not a cheerful color. These independent living elderly people need something bright and cheerful. Their amenities and the things that they offer were wonderful. Their price was also very reasonable.

We moved in The Lodge of Bridgemill, and we are very happy here. It is very nice. The staff is very good and very nice. Some of them have been here for 8 years. They have a gym, a pool, a card room, a movie theater, a restaurant, and a bar. I think this is pretty top notch. It is an independent living, but they do have a caring company that if you need assisting care, you can get it, but you will have to pay it on your own. It has all the amenities. It is pretty close to the grocery stores and restaurants. It is in a great location, and it has beautiful surroundings.

We looked at The Lodge at Bridgemill because it is close to my daughter. We really like it. I love the fact that it had a pool, but there weren’t a lot of services offered. It was just more of a safe place to live, and they have a few activities and things like that, but it was really wonderful. I really like it. Right now, their location doesn’t work for us, but eventually it will.

The Lodge at BridgeMill is the one that my mother likes the best so far. The rooms were outstanding. They were bigger and roomier open floorplans. They had granite countertops. It was just a much better community. There was a lot of stuff going on while we were there and you could tell there was a lot of activities. So when my mother walked in there with us, she felt like, "Wow, I can be doing something and not just sit in my room." There were people outside and we ended up being able to talk to people. The sales person was very friendly. It was one of those you feel good when you walk in, and that's what my mother needed.

We were treated with utmost courtesy, but there were other things associated with The Lodge at Bridgemill that we could not care for, so we opted not to go there. Electricity was not included in the monthly rent, and if your apartment had a view of the golf course, it would have a $50 add-on per month. If your apartment had a view of the woods, there was a $25 add-on. A requirement to use their telephone system which was also not included in the monthly rent was $75 a month. Everything seems to be an extra add-on. They provided no meals. Meals were optional at $499 a month each. I would say it was large, clean, and comfortable, and I was pleased, but I was not interested.

We loved The Lodge at Bridgemill. We really did like it. It had the food facility with it. It had everything, and that place was almost filled up with people. The people that worked there were wonderful. The lady that worked with us, I just loved her to death. They had an Olympic size swimming pool, all kinds of games, and game rooms, and they went on outings. You name it, they do it. If you were within 10 miles of your doctors, you could make an appointment, and they would take you to your doctor and bring you home. They would take you to the grocery stores, shopping, or something. It was absolutely the perfect set up. They had all kinds of activities geared towards women and men. At The Lodge, they furnished your washer & dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, all those things you wouldn't ever had to buy. I had all good remarks for The Lodge. It was such a friendly, nice, and warm place.

We have already selected one facility and that's The Lodge At Bridgemill. We chose this because it was a nice facility. We went and visited this place and talked to their staff. Their staff was very good and very helpful. We visited some of their apartments, which were very neat. We ate there also and it was great.

The Lodge of Bridgemill is super clean. It smells fresh and the price is part of the financial package. The staff is very helpful. She is in a one-bedroom apartment and they had lots of things like parties and outings.

The Lodge has everything though on a smaller scale, e.g., amenities. Their apartments vary depending on the price. They also had activities for their residents. They also have a dining room there, which I liked. Residents have options to prepare their own meals or go out and eat.

I like the living arrangement at The Lodge at Bridgemill. The apartment was larger than the normal assisted living. We got a 2-bedroom apartment. They have all the facilities we were looking for like a heated pool and a hot tub. The amenities are limited but adequate. We really enjoy it here. The staff is very congenial. Their food is really nice, and they prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner seven days a week. The facility is out in the country but there are about 400 apartments here. It's only about 4 miles from downtown Canton and they provide transportation to the doctors or if you want to go shopping. However, they cannot cover transportation more than 15 miles away. And the major hospitals here are about 22 miles, so they could improve on that.
