My aunt lived in Arbor Terrace at Cascade. It's very clean and very cordial. It was nice. They had a dining hall. They had a recreation room and sitting rooms. The staff was very gracious but the only incident I had with them, was they could have snacks and stuff in the refrigerator, but one of the staff went through the bag when I had it delivered and took some of her things. I didn't like that and I reported it. Otherwise, they were great.

I toured Arbor Terrace at Cascade. The staff was friendly. My father loved the food there. The only thing that I didn't like was their price. The apartments were fantastic. The staff members were great.

My mother liked the fact that Arbor Terrace at Cascade had roommate options and I liked the fact that the roommate options had a wall in between the two bedrooms so that it could be very intimate, even though it's a roommate setting. That was my favorite part and her favorite. It was inviting. It was bright. It was clean. My mother had a good feeling about it. The management appears to be very engaged. They provide the dining menu as well as activities for them. They assist at different levels of need. They also have outdoor gardens and patios.

I went to the Arbor Terrace at Cascade and I really liked that. But they did not offer one-bedrooms, only studios. The staff member was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they seemed to enjoy where they worked. I saw the assisted living. I met with one person, it might have been the director, and that person took me on the tour. It was very nice, very well designed, and clean.

Thank you to Arbor Terrace at Cascade for your loving care of my my mother. She was there after my father passed in April 2019 until she passed in July 2021. Through the worst parts of covid you all kept her safe and engaged! She thrived with your activities and engagement. Most importantly I have NEVER smelled urine on her, her room was ALWAYS clean and she never had a bedsore. Although she had dementia, she always had a happy light in her eyes. She regularly said 'Take me back to where the people are so I can see whats going on" ! Thank you for providing Peace of Mind -- Charlotte Hopkins

Arbor Terrace at Cascade was probably the most impressive with all of the facilities that I visited. It was a very clean facility. They had a very nice and helpful staff. The people that were there seemed to enjoy being there. If I were to have chosen somewhere, I certainly would have chosen that place. They had a great sitting area, workout facility, visiting room, and a nice cafeteria. They had fewer offerings as far as trips off of campus. That was something I was hoping that they had more of. Overall, it was a great facility.

My mother was in Arbor Terrace at Cascade and we loved it over there; we loved that place. I hated to leave them because they were very cordial, and they cared about their residents, but they got hit by COVID. They had housekeeping, laundry, a beauty salon, nail salon, they had a lot of entertainment, and people would come in and play music for them. They would take them out on bus trips, go shopping when they wanted to, and you could come and go 24/7 over there. They had no limitations on how you could visit, or when you could visit. They were good. They had linen tablecloths with silverware and real china in the dining room. They served wholesome meals, and they were very tasty.

My mom moved into Arbor Terrace at Cascade. The room is wonderful and clean. This is a better facility, everything is wonderful, and everybody is aware and culturally sensitive. They have more activities, and a lot of busy activities that keep the residents active.

I really like Arbor Terrace at Cascade and it's where my mom is going to go. We're going to get a location on the first floor which is going to be great. It's a whole lot more pricey than where my mother currently is. They're going to be almost a thousand a month more than what we're currently paying. I like their facility and it looked like they have a great chef. I would probably prefer to have my loved one on the first floor there because the elevators can get crowded when it's meal time. They plan for you when you come, which room you can afford, and they give you a little gift. It was very welcoming and that really stood out.

Arbor Terrace at Cascade was very nice, clean, and the atmosphere was warm and good. The staff was perfect and the dining area was nice and very clean. The young lady who helped me was very informative and had a lot of patience with my questions. I was very impressed with them. The residents stopped and spoke to me and they were smiling. You could tell they were happy.

My father-in-law is at Arbor Terrace at Cascade. They’re very family-oriented. They were warm and welcoming when we first walked in. It was very clean. My mother-in-law just instantly felt like it would be home for my father just from how everybody greeted us. It just felt like he was amongst family. The rooms are nice. My father-in-law is in a shared room. They told us the pros and cons of that, so we ended up deciding to put him in a shared room so that he could have some sort of companion. It has been working out fine for him. He is doing amazing right now. In the facility, there is a place for him to get his hair cut or for females to get their hair done. The staff does everything with the residents. I have walked in on him when gospel music was playing or a gospel program was on. That was very important to us because we’re very religious. They also did volleyball with balloons just to keep the residents active.

My mom lived in Arbor Terrace for ten months. It was a very caring and comfortable community. The staff was very capable. They had wonderful suites with large bedrooms and private bathrooms. Their activities include games, bible studies, and craft activities. They also had some trips periodically like going to restaurants and tourist attractions. I had a very good and positive experience with them.

Everyone at Arbor Terrace at Cascade was very, very kind and helpful. I got all the information from them. I really felt that they bend backwards just to try to explain the situation. The rooms were nice and large. I like the separation of the microwave and the refrigerator section. It's almost like having their own little kitchen. I also like that there are a lot of activities that the residents can participate in.

Arbor Terrace is a very nice facility. I visited folks in their rooms. I visited them in the common or social area. I've been with them in the dining room. It is a very pleasant and very environmentally friendly place too. The staff is very nice and very professional. It is a bigger place than where my sister is now. I would have loved to put her there, but we probably couldn't afford it. I was thinking that it would be someplace I would go.

My father moved in to Arbor Terrace. When we toured the place, they were friendly and when we came back, they didn't know we were coming, and they had the same effect. We come unannounced, and we received really good service. There are tons of employees that they have working for them. If you have more employees, the quality of service is a little better. They have nurses on staff 24/7. Every shift, there is a nurse. The hospital is not far from the facility. My father has Alzheimer's or dementia, and they are known for their dementia care. So, there are two different services; they don't just group them all in one area. They group the people that are able to do for themselves in one area and then one area that cannot do for themselves. It is expensive, but it is good for us. He is in a private room with a little refrigerator. They have meals three times a day plus snacks. It is nice, and it is gated, but they can't get out because they have a brick wall. I will recommend them to friends and family. It is amazing. We visited tons, but this is the best.

I was very impressed with Arbor Terrace at Cascade. It was well lit and nicely decorated. The people were very friendly and helpful. They definitely showed me around. Their rooms were cheerful. I had seen a few of them inside the facility and residents were able to decorate them personally to their tastes. The dining room was more like actually like a dining area, not long tables or anything, but round tables where you sit just like you're dining out. They were very friendly that we were able to go down in the dining room and had a meal there. They also have a TV viewing room where you could entertain your guests, which was very nice. What impressed me the most was the overall look of this facility where you just feel like you're at home. Also the fact that you can fix the room to make it look like your home. The only thing they could improve on was their parking.

My mother is in Arbor Terrace now. They give excellent care, very good follow-up and very good communication. The medical team is excellent. They have different levels of care. They treat the residents with a more of a family environment and it is not overwhelming for anybody who will go in there. She is in a studio apartment. She has a sitting area, a bathroom, which is handicap accessible, a closet, a cabinet, a small eating tray. They invite people to come and be part of the active community. They have activities wherein the residents go on outings. They go out to restaurants and theaters. They go on movie days and walk to the park. They go to various farms to pet the animals. They bring in animals from the humane society for the patients. I eat there and the food is very good. I think their scale from the health department is 98. They are very conscious to the residents' diets and those who cannot eat solid food and diabetics. What really stands out to me is there they are hands-on to their resident.

I would have to say that my view on this community was neutral overall. There were positives that were equally weighted with negatives. The pros are obvious. My grandmother began having a tough time financially after she retired. She was unable to adequately feed herself, pay utilities and (occasionally) her rent. This facility gives her an opportunity to live with more financial freedom. The fear we had of her not receiving adequate nutrition is also relieved. The cons are the following: odor of the facility and the reduced freedom from her owning a home. During the day only, there is a smell resembling urine in the facility. My grandmother often complains but she knows the condition of some other residents. The realization that she no longer has a house of her own is constant. She often finds herself trying to accept her decision to enter an assisted living facility. While she ultimately finds it to be beneficial, she often thinks she gave up a bit of her happiness for her health.

The facilty was everything I would like for my father. After my mother passed in October 2007, I immediately began to visit several senior facilities and Arbort Terrace at Cascae was at the top of my list. Upon entering the faciility, you are greeted by a very friendlly staff and the condition of the building is exquisite. I was impressed in that the facility was sectioned off to meet the needs of its patients - Assisted Living, Alzheimer's. Seniro Facility, etc. I think of Arbor Terrace as a one shop stop. I gathered the necessary documents and was givena tour of the facility however; my father has decided to remain in his home for as long as he is able to live on his own.
