My parents were at Jacaranda Trace. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly, but it was overpriced. The food went downhill. The activities were good. There's exercise classes, concerts, games, and activities like that. They go out of there and they'll go to the Symphony, and so there's a lot of activities. They just need to improve their communication.

I went to Jacaranda Trace, which has a variety of levels. You can go independent and move to the next level and then the next level. The main thing that they have that I'm still interested in at this point is a pool because the sister is disabled (who I take care of and who lives with me) and that is the only means of therapy for her. But it starts with independent living and then it's the spectrum of it. If you need more help, you can move to assisted living and so forth. The living space was phenomenal because they were redoing several one- and two-bedroom apartments. They brought out a spread of food, so we tried it, and it was very good. The other issue is I'm dealing with someone who's multiple handicapped or challenged and looking for a place. The sister is both deaf and in a wheelchair full-time, so it's a bit not your usual. And they have a pool and a chair lift for the pool. They have transportation if needed. They have health care onsite that you could buy into use. For activities, there's a whole list and they publish them. They have that out every day where you can see ahead of time what social events are going on. The staff who guided us through our visit was phenomenal. She answered questions from the people. There were people busy together for lots of social things. They have yoga, and they have exercise. They have the usual. The place was very clean.

I toured Jacaranda Trace. The salesperson was very nice. When you walk into the facility, it was very nicely decorated. All the people there seemed very nice. I had put down a deposit on an apartment, but I decided I didn't like the apartment because I needed to make a lot of changes to update it. I wanted new flooring and they sent me to someone who was very expensive and I felt like it was not going to be a good deal after all. So, I lost $7,000. But I did sign a contract with them, so it was their legal right to keep it. They were nice people, though. I had lunch there and it was very good. They had a beautiful dining room.

Jacaranda Trace did not have pickleball courts, but they would take you to one, so that was probably OK. The people were all very nice and always pleasant. The apartment I saw was very nice. They had one and two-bedroom apartments. I also liked that they had a Florida room in addition to the one-bedroom. They can play cards there, play pool, use the workshops, and do anything they want to do.

I really thought that Jacaranda Trace was very well-maintained. The apartment I looked at was exactly what I wanted. It's a beautiful apartment. I found no pressure. They were very informative, and all my questions were answered. It's just the right apartment for me. They have everything that I need, plus more. They have a fitness center, a heated pool, physical therapist, and it's very clean (which to me is very important). They have all the other amenities and services that are included, which most places have. I know they really met my goals. Breakfast is also included there. The value for money is extremely good.

My parents love the Jacaranda Trace. It's great, and it's really beautiful. The services are great. They're very happy there. The staff is excellent. They have a two-bedroom apartment, and it's spacious and very nice.

My father has moved into Jacaranda Trace. They're wonderful. He's in a building that has a blend of both memory care and assisted living. The other building is full blown memory care. Everything is great. They will take them to appointments, and they have a cafe and a kitchen where they make snacks.

We have friends who have their parents at Jacaranda Trace so we checked it out. It was lovely, but they didn't ahve availability as quickly as we wanted. The place is beautiful, it's more expensive but it gets 5 out of 5 for all the amenities. It's in an excellent location, it's got a 24-hour transportation service and a lot of amenities. The rooms were very nice, it's got crown molding and it's just beautiful.

My mom is staying in Jacaranda Trace. It is very well equipped with handles and has more independent living. It offers all sorts of activities, dining options, and campus options. Overall, it is a nice facility. They are very prompt, and she is taken care of well by a great staff.

Jacaranda Trace has a very good look and feel. It has a number of houses, and 3 buildings that are connected to each other like apartment houses. My building has 8 floors, the other has 10, and the middle building has one floor, with a concierge, a dining room, an auditorium, and other rooms. The staff is very good, and the dining area is lovely, but the food is not that good. They have a bus service to doctor's appointments, supermarkets, restaurants, and other places.

The ambiance at Jacaranda Trace was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a concierge on duty around the clock and buttons in all of the units for emergencies. The grounds were beautiful and well landscaped. They had a separate building for assisted living and nice, wide hallways. The rooms were very nice. We spoke with a few residents who were doing very well.

I'm moving to Jacaranda Traceand this weekend. They had an assisted living section, but predominantly, it was independent living. I lived there for two years previously, so I knew it was a marvelous, first-class facility. They had lot of activities, and you have to purchase your own apartment, so it is very well done. The staff was very nice. I would highly recommend. I loved the place.

Jacaranda Trace was very nice with very good staff. The rooms and everything were very nice. They had everything in terms of activities, like games and exercise and movies. The food was wonderful, too. The dining area was very nice. They had a casual dining area for lunch and one that’s a little more formal if you want to have dinner there.

Jacaranda Trace provided a lot more and was a lot more expensive than what we’re prepared to handle. It’s very elegant; I think it’s just over the top from what my mother could handle. It’s so fancy I wouldn’t mind living there myself. We had a sit-down dinner at Jacaranda Trace; it was perfect. The rooms, the apartments -- everything is lovely. You could put anybody in there and feel comfortable. There were beauitful granite counter tops in the rooms. The staff was just wonderful. It’s a 5-star place; there’s not much else to say.

Jacaranda Place seems to be the best for us. We’re here less than 3 weeks and we’re getting used to it. We own a 2200 square foot condo. The staff are wonderful so far. They’re very friendly, well informed about everything, and very helpful. Food is well done. It’s a gourmet menu and you buy into a meal plan. I don’t really know yet for activities, but it looks like they have a full calendar of things like games, trips, and other senior activities.

Jacaranda Trace, in my opinion, is higher class. Lots of buildings, very nice, a lot of variety of apartments, and very nice dining facilities for the people there. But you're going to have to move from one apartment to another as your needs change, and the cost is higher. It's very clean, well maintained and kept, but it has multiple big buildings. If you don't know your way around pretty well, you can easily get lost.

I am happy I'm going to Jacaranda Trace. I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a nice lanai and an option to have as many meals as I choose. The rooms are generous, except for the kitchen, but that's fine because I don't intend to cook. They have traveling and trips to take. They have an art area and exercise. The food is very good. I've had the room painted, and they are cleaning it. I'm moving in on Monday.

Jacaranda Trace I thought was probably the nicest one I have seen. It was pretty nice there. It was very nice inside. That facility is a combination of independent and assisted. That way you have a choice. If you need assisted living, they have it. I like that a little bit better than the other facility. I feel like it's a better place to live. It had a better atmosphere for me. We went to lunch there one time and what I saw there was very nice.

We already signed a contract with Jacaranda Trace. It was newer and had bigger apartments. The prices are in line with everybody else or possibly a little less expensive. They have so many activities that we wouldn't be able to fit in half of them. They have all kinds of exercises; they have water aerobics and you get a membership to the YMCA. Like everyone else, they have transportation to and from doctor's, grocery, shopping, and they have a really great travel club. They have everything that we could possibly want.
