recently my mom needed extra help more than i could give this place was a god send they where able to help my mother recover the docs and nurses are great very detailed treatment the food is good and they give them the copassion of a family member what more can i say yes i highly recomend this nurseing home temberridge rehab thank you

Our overall experience with TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing has been a good one. Mom hasn't had any problems or anything like that. She seems to be adapting well there. She's made some friends and I think it is a great place. Everybody seems to be caring and watching over my mom. It's very clean. The staff is very attentive. They help her with her activities and stuff like that. So, overall, her care has been great. My mom's room is as good as a semi-private room. She's got enough room to maneuver around and everything. She's got plenty of closet space and plenty of drawers. I've hung up pictures and decorations for her in her area to make it more home-like for her, and they allowed you to do that. In my experience with her being there, she's been very well taken care of. She doesn't have any problem with the food. She seems to love everything that she gets. She doesn't eat a lot, but she has been eating.

Researching nursing care centers, and rehab centers has been very important to me. I am in my mid-70s and I may need care sometime in the near future. My visit to Timber Ridge provided information for future decision making. First of all, I found the nursing staff and management staff to be excellent during my visit. All of my questions were clearly answered in detail. I found the facility to be clean and date and well staffed. Timber Ridge will be at the top of my list when I have to make a decision in the future. Thank you very much!

My husband was in TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing on Christmas eve. It was a nightmare, and I told them that. They were dirty. There was a shower, but there were no curtains, so I'm sure nobody could ever shower anyhow. The bathrooms were ensuite, but there were two people in a room and they were very stinky and not acceptable. The staff was not acceptable. They weren't cordial and they weren't helpful. It was Christmas eve, but I don't care what day it was. If your loved one goes there, it shouldn't matter if it's Sunday, Monday or Christmas, or Yom Kippur. You should have the treatment you should get every day. And I felt like it was lacking In every way, cleanliness, goodness, abilities. It was a very sad story. I didn't like it. The food was nasty. It's like they opened up cans and then they went to heat them. The room was standard, maybe ten by ten and there are two people in the room. The bed was so old, I don't know how they got electricity to them. They had us sign a waiver because the arm on the side of the bed wasn't big enough to hold people in. So I don't know what purpose it served.

TimberRidge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center appears to be very good from what you can see, and not being able to visit. My aunt seems to be happy there with regards to the staff.

My aunt has moved into TimberRidge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. It's very good; they're attentive, provide good therapy, and decent food. They look fine to me, and clean. They have good COVID precautions; coming in you get your temperature taken, and the do a form, and all that. The staff is very good and very attentive. The assistant that she had, Leonard, she thinks the world of him because he's very helpful.
