We visited the Sunburst Community ALF while looking for a place for my mom. We were assisted by Danielle, who was very helpful and welcoming. She was very flexible with my work schedule and let us tour the facility at our convenience. She was very attentive, compassionate, kind, and willing to help and accommodate to my mom´s needs. I have to say the place was spotless, the rooms are pretty, the staff is very friendly, and the residents were looking happy. I have toured at least 8 places in the area, and I was very impress by this one. I highly recommend this community.

My mom moved here. Everything's been good there, except the one thing I asked was not to change meds without checking with us because she had different meds, and some would work and some wouldn't. That's been a little bit of a disagreement but other than that she's happy with the room. The room is nice and large. She has room for her bed and her couch. She's happy with the activities. The staff is okay, it's just with the medication. Trying to get that discussed and get that all straightened out so that we're all on the same page. They have got activities listed all day long. They show movies. They do music. My husband's going to do some music for them. He's a musician. The room that they eat in looks nice.

I had an in-person tour. It was an amazing tour. The person who took us on a tour was very caring and gentle. He was very knowledgeable, warm, and caring about his business and about everyone who lived there. He was very interested in my husband and what he needed. They all cared about each other. It's a very warm place.

It was beautiful. It was more like a cruise ship than a living facility. The staff were very good and very accommodating. The dining area was also beautiful. They would take you off campus (to your doctor's appointment or shopping) and they show movies, too. They had an area inside and outside where residents could just sit and relax with each other.

It was the best place I would have picked for my mom. It was a small community. They had lots of activities in memory care. It's very clean. They had a hairdresser and you could bring something in the garden and plant your own stuff there if you wanted to. They would also go shopping at least once a week.

I had a very good experience with the tour. They were very informative and people were very nice. I was able to see the living quarters, entertainment, dining facilities, community areas, and nursing care. Their dining area looked like it was restaurant style, and the food looked appetizing. The rooms were large college dormitory or military dorm type. The staff member who gave the tour was very good.

It was a beautiful place. I went there during lunchtime and watched the people walking in and handling things and how they were doing in the cafeteria. It's a very clean place and the people were nice. They were bringing the food to the residents and everybody was happy. That meant a lot. The rooms were beautiful and they had all kinds of activities for the residents.

My husband entered Memory Care in 2019. Through everything the staff has gone beyond my expectations in his care, keeping me connected during COVID, and through his illness. I would and have recommended them for Assisted living and Memory Care.

My father just moved in yesterday. He just got there, so he's trying to adjust. The staff has been very good. They have a coffee area, a dining room, and an activities area. They also have some outdoor spaces to relax and do gardening. They have a bus they take people out in. For activities, they have music, arts and crafts, bingo, movie nights, and trivia.

My father moved into this facility. The staff is excellent, they're all friendly, helpful, and my dad loves it there. His room is great. Sometimes he likes the food, and sometimes he doesn't. The dining area is really nice; they always make sure he goes to the dining room, and that's really good.

It is wonderful. The people are fantastic. We could not be happier. My friend and his wife are now in the assisted living section of this community. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Everyone is always smiling there, which is what really convinced us to go with them. Everyone smiles all the time, everyone is communicating, and everyone is very friendly. All the residents are always smiling too. The food is OK. They have a full schedule of activities on a daily basis. They go on field trips, and I see people working in the activities area on a daily basis doing different things. It is all on one floor.
