My wife is in Sunshine Senior Residence - Forest Hill. It's a senior residential living in the neighborhood. It's a nice house, and it's in a nice neighborhood. They have four or maybe five residents at a time in them. They have two staff that are there 99% of the time. They have a live-in person that rotates every week and they stay there overnight for a week. They're very caring people. It's very clean. They treat everybody nicely. It's a beautiful facility, and the care is very good. They have some staffing shortages now like every other place in America, but they handle it very well. Her apartment is like a very nice bedroom with a bathroom attached. There are eating facilities in the dining room. Sometimes, my wife eats in the bed, but sometimes she goes out and eats in the facility. The food is very good, and they cater to her needs very well. They have a nice variety, it's cooked right there in the kitchen, and there's something different every day. She's now on a pureed diet, which they handle very nicely with ordinary food. The regular food and regular diet look very nice and there's a nice variety. The dining area is not large, but they only have four clients there. It's very nice and they play music. It has white tablecloths. They have some musicians come in, guitar players and singers, once in a while. There are large screen televisions and they have some games that they do once in a while. My wife had her hair done the other day and a woman came into the facility and did her hair there, she had a podiatrist come in recently and take care of her toenails. Upkeep is outstanding. They clean the floors all day long, almost. Everything is in good repair and nice like a nice home would be. It's a little expensive, but it's not as expensive as the nursing home that she was in. It's a good value considering the level of care and everything.
