I am/was a resident of this facility

This place is ridiculously sad. Not only was the food horrible, I literally watched staff members argue with each other. I was served molded bread, hair in my food, had clothing come up missing & ruined in the laundry. I was discharged in Dec of 2022. I just received a bill in Aug of 2023 for over $3000. I had Medicare & Medicaid so who were they billing? My child had to come in more than once & complain about various things but one was me going to be treated at the hospital. I was discharged from rehab & placed in long term in my opinion to try milk the system. I requested to be released. I have done more without their assistance than I did with their help. How dare these people try to get money out of me & I’m insured. Not all the staff was bad but there were some lazy, uncaring people who shouldn’t be allowed to take care of anyone! I missed several appointments due to transportation issues. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place & wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I wrote a negative review as a patient & they basically pleaded with me to remove it. I did thinking things would get better. I didn’t even want to use the restroom in this place. If certain people didn’t come clean up it was left disgusting. If I could give no stars I would!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom was there for about 4-5 weeks s/p hip replacement. She was welcomed to Milford rehab by LeeAnn who was great with communication and admission. She also had many nurses, CNA's and Physical therapist's that took the time and gave my mom 100% in her recovery. I appreciate the EXCELLENT communication that she had from admission to her discharge. My mom was very pleased by most of the staff and is planning on coming back in the future for her TKR in October. Thanks again to everyone and we appreciate everything with her recovery. Love, Carol (MAMA)

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother is in Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center. She's in long-term care. We chose it because it's close to me. Everyone there is very nice. The layout is nice. They have a dining area, which they don't use right now because of Covid. They have a covered area where they can go sit outside. It's nice there. It's not very big, and I like that. We're not able to go in her room because of Covid, and she has a roommate. She likes the food, and she's happy there. There's a church, and she supposedly goes to church on Sundays. They have an area where they play games, but I don't know what's going on right now. The staff is very nice.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Absolutely horrible experience for my eighty year old mother. A single toilet/sink is shared between FOUR residents of the BOTH sexes! Mostly staffed by unhappy CNA's and good luck finding a doctor let alone the APRN. Cut off her medicare rehabilitation well before her 100 days. They did not provide her with medicare-covered rehab during the last eight days she stayed there with her paying them $3600.00. When I complained about the level of service the last eight days for that price, the office manager replied that I agreed they didn't abuse her??? The stench coming from the 1st floor left room areas was noticed by my New Hampshire relatives and was unbearable. I would give it a zero if allowed!
