With 77 apartment homes, Trailhead Community will bring together active seniors, professionals, and adults with developmental disabilities to create an intentional “extended family”. Homes are available both for purchase and rent.
The project is designed for people who would like to spend time developing meaningful relationships with other adults of various ages as abilities. Trailhead is currently accepting applications for purchase and is encouraging you to apply if you are a Senior who does not necessarily want to live in an “all-seniors” community or an adult who wants to live in a community of good neighbors.

Every home has a full kitchen but there will also be 3 meals a day served in the community dining room, in case you don’t feel like cooking! All homes are ADA compliant.
