My brother-in-law was a resident of The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. The place was very nice. It's not quite as warm and inviting, slightly more sterile in its colors and look, but very nicely furnished. The staff is wonderful, and the food is fabulous. There were other activities, and the rest of it was all very good. They have a two-bedroom with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower included, so it was very comfortable but a little pricey.

I felt that The Commons of Hilltop had a fantastic assisted living. I like that they had lots of activities available and that they had really good transportation for going and doing things. They had a lot of good variety for the rooms. They had beautiful views, and they're nicely set up and well maintained. The staff who gave the tour did a great job of highlighting all of the options available. She did a nice job of following up and making sure that we knew exactly what we needed and who to talk to about everything. They have a great variety of food. They have a lot of options and food available all day. The food itself was good when we ate there. The dining area was very well maintained with lots of staff available.

We went to look at The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. But all they had available was a studio, and the fact that my stepmother would have to walk a long way to go smoke was not going to work. The facility was very clean and well-kept. The staff was nice. She wasn't as knowledgeable as the lady who probably would have been there because it was the weekend. If we had any questions, we were going to have to call back, but she showed us around.

I went to The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. Everyone was so friendly and they showed us everything they had, took us to every floor, and showed us a room. It's a nice place with wonderful people. I think my mom would have been happy there. All they had available was a studio, but it had just been freshly painted with new carpet on the floor. Everything was very clean. It was very well laid out. It had a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was nice. They have a room that has a pool table, a poker table, and puzzles, and they have movie rooms. They have a really nice patio and paths all around. It's a really nice place. The facilities were beautiful. They told me that they renovate every seven years just so that they can keep everything up-to-date and clean.

We got a chance to tour The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. That's a beautiful facility, and it's large. My sister and I could have gotten lost there. It's beautiful and modern, but it's just too big, especially when my parents are starting to have some memory problems. Their rooms are just too small. My parents have a king-sized bed, and they would want to move it. The rooms were just too small so we scratched it off the list only because of that reason. Everything is 5 there except for the size of the rooms, and they're very expensive. They had a library, a workout room, and a salon though.

The Commons of Hilltop was a beautiful place, but it was too expensive for us to be able to use. They said we would have to pay cash first and generally the people that live there sell their homes and then they pay the year in advance, and then they go on to Medicaid/Medicare. You didn't get to use Medicaid/Medicare right away and that made it way out of reach for us. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and they were ready for us. The dining area was nice. I did not look at the staff. I looked at the people that are living there to see what state of being that they are doing. Those people there were very happy and very friendly, so that made a big difference, because if the people are not happy, then your parents won't be happy. They had a theater room, a salon, a barber shop, a crafts room, a bowling alley, a game room, and a library. The facility was clean.

We toured The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living for my mom. They're very, very informative and very nice. They showed us around the whole thing and explained everything. They showed us the dining area and the apartments. We went through it, looked at everything, and we liked it very much. They had a lot of different things for everybody to do there. They had a game room where they had a pool table, foosball, and quite a few things like that. They also had a library, and they had a courtyard with shade and lounge chairs.

We have chosen The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living for my mother-in-law. It was a lovely, well-kept facility. They're very conscious of potential people bringing in COVID, so their safety precautions were strong. They had a nice dining room and lots of activities for the residents. They discussed the buddy system wherein when the person moves in that they team them up with somebody that will come and get them at meals and sit with them and just get them acclimatized and comfortable with the new setting, which was another thing that I liked. They have an area that is the memory care specifically that has more staffing and its lockdown. The other part of it has support that they offer the residents as well like you can get your meds dispersed and all of that. The staff who toured me around was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very generous with her time. Their units have like a mini kitchen with a refrigerator. They also had a lovely gazebo with a lot of nice outdoor furniture, and it was very nice.

We went and looked at The Commons of Hilltop. They have a lot of activities they offer, and they have cafeterias. The staff who gave us the tour was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable to answer our questions. It's a little more grand than the other place we toured.

My uncle moved into The Commons of Hilltop. It was impressive. It's very well taken care of. They're all very friendly and helpful. They have a dining room, and they have a workout room on the third floor, which we never go up to. My uncle said the food is excellent.

My tour at The Commons of Hilltop in Grand Junction was excellent. It's a little newer and just seems very good. I saw their independent living. It was very clean and well-maintained. They have activities, one meal a day provided, they have light housekeeping every other week, and they have grounds maintenance.

My husband moved to The Commons Assisted Living a week ago. I chose them because they can continue the care that he needs to get right now. And it's very clean, has very friendly and good staff, and it looks very homey. Overall, they're good. What I like the best is the staff and the feeling that he's more at home. The staff is friendly, they take good care of the patients as I have been able to see there. They get the job done. The food is not gourmet cooking, but it's good cooking and it's fine. In terms of activities, they have people doing something all the time. And they have rooms all over the house like for piano, and where they play games.

The Commons of Hilltop was very clean, it was very orderly, and there were a lot of activities. The only downside, in terms of my mother, is that I think it's a little too busy and a little too large. But it's very well run, it's clear that people get good care, and they can be as independent as they wish to be. They can also get extra care as needed. The person who took me on the tour was very patient and helpful. It's certainly a very safe and very clean facility, and the residents can personalize their space, which is very nice. They just didn't have a ground-floor studio apartment available; my mother didn't want to be on an upper floor.

I liked the Commons Assisted Living, and I thought it would be a place I would be happy living. I liked the 1-bedroom apartments because the bedrooms were larger than the 2-bedrooms apartment. I loved the fact that they have computers out in the hall to use, the exercise equipment was also handy, and there were just lots of things I liked about it. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I didn't dine there, but I loved that they had a salad bar.

I liked the Commons Assisted Living. I thought the layout was nice, nicer than one of the other ones that I looked at. It's still a really big facility, and I thought that wouldnt be good for my sister. I checked out both the assisted living and memory care. The staff member was fine, helpful, and basically informative. The rooms were barely studios. I had to ask about the activities, but they have some.

He moved into The Commons, and it's great, and very clean. The memory center is very good and everybody seems very happy. It's the best I've found in all my searches. They're very accommodating and want to make sure that all the people are doing very well. I've eaten there with him many times and we have never gotten a meal that wasn't excellent.

The Commons' staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The place looked clean and neat, but it was a little on the small side. Otherwise, it would be my first choice. They had a lot of exercise machines and ran some classes in the mornings for activities.

The Commons of Hilltop was good, clean, and well kept. It was an overall nice place with nice apartments that were very clean and well lit. They had a lot of activities and a lot of things to do, which was very helpful and nice. My wife’s mother was there for rehab. They could improve on more vibrant things to keep people entertained and more intrigued with the overall atmosphere. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

I visited The Commons. The people working there were good. They seemed to be attentive. The rooms were very clean. There were enough room where you could put other personal belongings in there, and they were nice. There was also a salon.
