My mother has moved into Cappella of Grand Junction. We chose it mainly because of the atmosphere, the brightness, the activities, the support that they give, and how many caregivers were there at all times. They're all great. They're knowledgeable and caring, and there's high-level communication. She loves the food. She's happy. It's easy access to visit your parent 24/7. They have a restaurant where the family can eat with the residents. The staff is always happy to see you.

I thought Cappella of Grand Junction was an excellent facility with expanded services including transportation services for the residents. The rooms were very nice. You furnish your own there, which is true of the other facilities, too. We visited with one staff person, and she was very, very helpful and very thorough.

We went to Cappella of Grand Junction. We went and saw their assisted living. They do have a memory care section, which we liked. We didn't go to that area, but it's completely secure. We like the layout. They have what they call their restaurant. People can go down there and get three meals a day. And there are places like a little bistro where you can get snacks. All of it is included, of course. The girl that showed us around was wonderful. She was great. They had a hair salon right there. They had a workout room, which I don't think our parents would use. We were pleased with it. The building was beautiful. That's our second choice.

The girl I met at Cappella of Grand Junction was amazing. It would've been a good place for mom, but I did not like the way it was laid out. The people I've seen working there were topnotch, and everybody's pretty happy. One of the girls that I worked with has her grandmother there, and she thinks it's wonderful. They had a spa, a beauty salon, and tons of outside activities. It's very established, they have lots of people that live there, and they take them down to concerts, wineries, the mall, downtown, and to the fireworks show.

My sister is in the memory care of Capella of Grand Junction. It's airy, open, and sunny. They're very caring, well-trained, and she's getting very good care. The rooms are apartment-like, roomy, and there are public areas for sitting, reading, sharing, music and arts. The food is well-done, well proportioned, healthy, and not boring. They have a chef. I would highly recommend it.
