I moved into Regency Towers. Everybody is extremely friendly. The management is very nice and helpful. It's just a beautiful place to live. It's got a great view of the mountains and a long balcony that goes the whole length of the apartment. They have bingo, happy hour on Fridays, parties on the holidays, a swimming pool, and a small exercise room. It has everything I need. There are no meals. It's strictly an independent living apartment. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in the building. They have two elevators. They do take pets. I'm very happy here. Any issues I've had, all I've done is talk to the manager management; it's fixed the same day or they take care of it. I don't get involved in the activities too much, but I know most people do. They all seem to enjoy them.

My father is staying at the Regency Towers. It's just an apartment building that's meant for seniors, and he's been living there for 13 years. He has a 1-bedroom apartment. The staff on-site has been generally good at fixing things. There's been a lot of turnover at the managerial position. After the fire, they're slowly building back things like the recreation room and other things like the coffee lounge. All of that will be closed anyway due to Covid, but they're slowly building back those things. They used to have activities, but recently they don't. It's totally an independent, apartment-style living, so everyone cooks their own food.

My mother is a resident of Regency Towers. It looks like a skyscraper, but when you get inside it's really pretty, and well-kept up. Justin is the main guy we talked with, and he knows his stuff, he's very friendly and pretty much bends over backward just to help you out. The food is delicious, and the dining room always looks pretty. My mother did some arts and crafts the other day, and she liked it.

I have met the manager of Regency Tower and she was very amenable that my mother can move a week early. They seemed to have very professional staff. I met a few of the residents and they were very friendly. They do provide meals. The apartment is very spacious; two bedroom, two bath, and a very large living room. It has very beautiful view with the mountain and the city. It has a swimming pool and a common area. Mom said she liked it a lot.
