FULL MAINTENANCE Let us take care of the day-to-day maintenance of your apartment while you go out and enjoy yourself or lounge around with a book. SAFETY & SECURITY Here at Mountain View, we have taken measures to ensure your safety and security including offering single-story, open floor plans. SERVICES AND AMENITIES Spacious studio, 1 and 2-bedroom private apartments, furnished as desired Full kitchen and living room with a spacious bedroom and bathroom Each apartment has its own porch/seating area 3 meals a day only M-F, breakfast and lunch on the weekends and some holidays Meal delivery to the apartment in the event of illness Utilities included in the room rate (does not include phone, cable) Light housekeeping services Private mailbox Mobile library services Planned stimulating social and recreational activities In-house Beauty/ Barbershop Local shopping trips Coordination of Home Health Services if needed Pet-friendly community Private courtyard Transportation services available
