I'm doing a respite at Five Star Residences of Dayton Place. It's a lovely place. My experience is quite positive. They do your laundry, and the people who are working here are warm, caring, and happy. The general feeling here is very positive. They are in the middle of refurbishing, so it's a little hectic, but it's very clean and I'm not hearing any noise. The staff is friendly, and the help comes immediately. The food is very good. I think it would be worth suffering through whatever reconstruction they are doing in order to live here.

I like everything at Five Star Residences of Dayton Place. It was a gorgeous facility and had everything I would ever want. It was excellent. They had the dining, the housekeeping, and the activities. I was only interested in housekeeping because I'm independent and I can do everything by myself except housekeeping. The staff who gave the tour was very good, too. The dining area was very spacious and clean, and it seemed to have options for things that you wanted to eat. They have a menu that you choose from, so I was very impressed by that. I like the place.

We went to Five Star Residences of Dayton Place, and it was not good. The apartments that I saw were not good for me; they were small. Another person showed me around and she was fine, although she was limited in how she could present the apartments. I was not impressed with the layout of the apartment I saw.

Five Star Residences of Dayton Place had cottages that were separate from the skilled nursing and assisted living. You can cook your own meals, but you have the option of going to the main building and eating a meal there. It was very clean, and the people were very nice. They have transportation and exercise programs. It's a nice facility, and they have nice landscaping. It felt good when we walked in, and it's airy.

Five Star Residences of Dayton Place is okay. It's not something I'd call 5-star but then it doesn't cost 5-star either. The food is good and the staff is good. Some of the parts of the building are showing a little wear but they're in the process of reevaluating that. They have some activities almost every day. The dining room is well-lighted and spacious.

They had a main building and two-bedroom, two-bath cottages that were spread out for several blocks. The apartment was very plain but very clean. The person who accommodated us was very nice, very professional, and knew what she was doing. The dining area was in the main building. There were tables, tablecloths, napkins, and furniture. It's nice. They had a library, an indoor swimming pool, and an exercise room.

It was more upscale than other places. It was like living on your own, but in a community with a lot of other seniors. They were more active and it just had more appeal. They have a pool, a nice-looking restaurant, a coffee bar, and really nice lounging areas where you could visit with guests and other people who live there. They have nice grounds to walk on. It's also close to the library, grocery stores, and a cultural center. My friend has been impressed with the food and he likes it. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

As soon as we walked in, we loved it. The staff helped my friend immediately. They talked to her and made her feel comfortable. Everytime we are there, the staff has always been delightful. Mary Ann was wonderful. As soon as we walked in, we had already made our decision. My friend's room is very accommodating, and the staff is very good.

I went and looked at this community for my parents. I like this facility. This is one of the facilities that our healthcare provider recommended to us especially with regards to my father's illness. I like it because it is a little smaller facility, so my dad wouldn't get lost inside. It is also clean. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They are ever willing to talk to their residents. They are forward and very nice. They know everybody by their first names and that is very nice. The only problem I have with this facility is its location. It is very close to a very busy street, so I wasn't too sure about that.
