I moved in November. I am in independent living. I visited many facilities and this was far and away my first choice. My apartment faces West and I have the most fantastic view of the front range. My balcony overlooks the court yard and I can hear the fountain. The common areas are attractive and cozy. The facility seems to put a great deal of care in the apartments . I feel right at home in my cozy nest. The food is ok. Sometimes it’s excellent and sometimes not so much. But there are many additional choices available to satisfy all tastes. What makes Springbrooke so special is the staff. They are kind, helpful and caring. They show so much patience. I’m happy with my choice

I moved into Springbrooke Retirement & Assisted Living. It's a very comfortable place. The people are very nice here and extremely accommodating to my needs. I haven't tried the activities yet, but there seemed to be a sufficient number and a good variety. The food is excellent. I haven't been on any trips. I'm just kind of getting settled in here, but it seems like an excellent place. They have a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. I will have a one-bedroom with a den with a wonderful view. I'm still in their one-bedroom, no den, guest apartment, while they're doing some things in my apartment to make it more comfortable for me. They have a library and an exercise room. They have several rooms to do a variety of activities.

I got mom settled in at Springbrooke Retirement & Assisted Living. She transferred into assisted living from independent living. We chose a one-bedroom apartment. Her apartment is on the second floor, and it looks out over a garden area that has two koi pools with lily pads, plants around it, and a bridge that goes over the pools. It has trees around it, it has benches to sit on, it's very pretty, and it has paved paths all the way around the pools. She likes it. The rooms are big enough for her things, she doesn't feel crowded, and there's room for her wheelchair and her walker. She has her three antique dressers in her bedroom, and she has this big wall unit where she keeps her bric-a-brac. There are two of those, and there was room for those in the living room. She's only been there a couple of weeks, and she came in straight from rehab. She thinks the food is very high quality; it tastes good to her. The head housekeeper is fastidious, very kind, and compassionate. In terms of common areas, it's very, very nice, clean, and yet homey. The staff seemed very interested and compassionate. I have found them very responsive. She has a call button, and they're always there within a few minutes. They've only lost one patient to COVID, which is pretty amazing for a large facility. It's privately owned, and I could call the owner if there's a problem. The owners actually come to Springbrooke on a regular basis. I recognize them from the amount of time that I visited my mother there. They show up, they walk around, and they talk to the residents. That is the thing that makes it superior.

My parents will be moving into Springbrooke. Its very nice and well done. The staff is wonderful and they're the reason we chose the place. They have Bingo and games. My parents enjoyed the food. They have a small library, two dining rooms, an outdoor port where they can walk around to get exercise, and all sorts of music activities.

Springbrooke Retirement is OK generally, except that even the 2-bedrooms were too small. It's an old building and the units were very much like a hotel room, so that wasn't acceptable. There was no problem with the staff members, they were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The location is in a busy area of town and near places like the supermarket. The residents were getting ready for an activity the evening we visited.

Springbrooke was all right, but the place was not very accommodating to someone using a walker because of the hallways. The people that gave us the tour were nice. They also had activities like games, going out, and things like like that. Their food just wasn’t as good as the other community we visited.

Springbrooke was really hard to get to because Leesdale Drive is really hard to navigate. It was a nice facility, but it was located in a very busy area. My brother might like it, but if I were to place him there, I would have to watch what time I would visit him. I will not be able to visit him after work because that is just too busy of a time, so I would have to pick a different time to visit him. They didn’t ask me to stay to eat there or get some popcorn or stay for a movie or anything like that. They just took me on the tour and then set me on my way because I didn’t have my older brother with me. Maybe if I had him with me and they could see that there was some business, they would have been a little more accommodating.

The rooms at Springbrooke were very clean and very nice. The environment was very nice and happy. I found them to be very helpful. They did not have room for my dad, but they tried to help us find other places.

Springbrook Retirement was nice and on the top of my list. The common areas were exceptionally nice. I got to meet the staff and the activities director; they do music programs for various facilities, and I do a little singing with them. It’s a very nice high level facility, and their courtyard in particular is beautiful. The exterior rooms looked more of an urban setting, but it depends on which room you had.

Erin of Springbrooke Retirement & Assisted Living took more than two hours meeting with my sister and me and really helped guide us into what we needed to do with my mother, like things we didn't even know we had to do. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I liked the apartment and how they separated the living area and the bedroom. It had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator. The hallways were a little difficult to manage for my mother, and we were confused coming out of the hallway.

Springbrooke was very nice, but my mother-in-law didn't want to move even though it's near where she lives now. It was in good shape and very clean. She met a lady in there which really helped because I know that if she meets some people she would would want to try and move in. The lady who was in charge of getting people took us on a tour. All the people looked happy. It's not that far from the house. The apartments were nice and had eveything they needed. The food was good. For me, the portions were a little small, but it was adequate. They gave people enough time to eat, and people kept coming and going because you don't have to be there at a set time, so that was good.

I really liked Springbrooke because it was clean, nice, bright. and had a movie theater. The people were nice. The only thing that made me hesitate about them was that they were kind of far from where I lived, but other than that, the place itself was very nice.

My dad has been with Springbrooke Retirement & Assisted Living for about a month now. So far, we are very happy with this facility. We chose it because it is independently owned and quite small. The employees seem to have been there for a long time.

The staff at Springbrooke is very competent and very good. My apartment is excellent and overlooks the mountains. The food, with "5" being the best, is about a "4." Their meal plan is very good. I took a 15-meal plan with free breakfast. They have activities every day, like bingo, bridge, black Jack, musical groups every Thursday, happy hour on Friday, scenic tours on Saturday, and they have personnel come in to conduct religious services for people of various faith.

Springbrooke is great, I was surprised that it was really beautiful. The rooms are really nice, they have large balconies, and nice garden area. The staff was friendly, polite, and seemed really helpful to the clients. They had a movie theater and lots of activities planned.

Springbrooke is actually close to my local grocery store and that's how I come across this facility. It seemed very nice and pleasing. It was also clean. The lobby and all the area there looked very nice. Their staff was very friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions.

We were seriously considering Springbrooke for my mother. We visited this place and it looked very good. The living environment was very nice. Their rooms were very nice as well. I know people that are staying there and they're very happy with this facility. I don't have anything bad to say about it. I would recommend this community to others.

When I visited springbrook retirement home in denver, I was pleasantly suprised at how nice the facility was. It wasn't like a five star hotel, but it had all of the necessities of living that a retired/old person would need to be happy. I thought that it was a pretty nice retirement home overall and the staff was also pretty nice. I thought that the springbrook retirement home was a very nice retirement home overall, and the people who lived there seemed to be happy. The staff was very nice and friendly to the people who live there. It seemed like everyone there knew each other.
