We visited The Pine House, it was more expensive than the other place I visited and it was an older home. It was good and clean. It's a nice house and they kept it very clean. There are two ladies there who were nice. They had activities for them. They showed me around and let me know what rooms are available. The staff was good. They've done some renovations to the house like new flooring, and they're going to redo one of the bathrooms. It is a bathtub right now, and they're going to change it into a walk-in shower. I would put my father-in-law there if we could afford it because it's literally down the street from our house. Their rates are even higher; a single is like $6500 and for a double, they don't have one available right now because you would have to have two men. They have mostly women with only one other guy who has a single room.
