My husband and I moved his 96 year old Grandma to Apple Blossom in April of this year. Although she was only a resident for 3 short months, it was the best care she had ever been given. The owners are a husband and wife duo, they are compassionate, and loving. The care they show for their facility and their residents is something you wish you could see everywhere. Jay the owner is a RN with a medical background In ER medicine and didn’t miss a beat with Grandma’s medical care. The care team is amazing and take care of all the residents with love and understanding. Momma Nancy (the LVN on site) is always concerned for each residents every need and desire. There are no words that can describe how grateful our family is for the level of care she was given. Apples Blossom Home was a true blessing.

Apple Blossom Home is a New 6 Bed Residential Care Facility for Elderly located in Riverside County nestled in Beautiful Woodcrest, CA. The property sits on a sprawling 3.5 acres of equestrian property, surrounded by fruit trees. The Large 1 story ranch style home boast large elegantly decorated Private and Semi-Private rooms, ample closets and newly renovated walk in and wheelchair accessible bathroom and showers. All designed with comfort and safety in mind for our senior residents. We strive to bring about all the comforts of home, so our residents may live as independently as possible in our serene home setting.
Apple Blossom Home is locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and Firefighter Paramedic. Together we bring safety and security along with loving and compassionate caregivers to provides twenty - four hour care and services to our senior residents. We require all Caregivers to be CPR certified, Live Scan Screened, background checked and trained by our In House RN. We have a live in Licensed Vocational Nurse and an on call Registered Nurse. We feature upgraded technology that allows our residents to receive immediate assistance when in need of a caregiver with one press of a button.
Apple Blossom Home basic services include around the clock care by our caring and compassionate caregivers, a spacious bedroom, 3 delicious and nutritious home cooked meals and snacks with unlimited beverages. Personal Care Assistance, Light housekeeping, Laundry, Health and exercise programs, Medication Monitoring and assistance, Social programs, Transportation to Doctor appointments and outings, Access to medical services. Respite care, and Hospice Care.

My mom has been a resident at Apple Blossom for almost a year. As a family we couldn’t be happier with my mom’s care. The owners and care providers are very professional and loving with all the residents. What blessing this place has been for my mom. The home is very clean and we were happy that we had a choice of a shared room or private. For my mom the private room was best. Her room is well decorated with her own TV as well as Direct TV which is great. Mom can watch tv in her room or in the main room. The owners are very family oriented and encourage family time. We were able to celebrate mom’s birthday with a party and all the residents were included. Jay the owner even had flowers for my mom on her special day. They always decorate the house for all the holidays. If you are looking for a place for a loved one this the place.

Apple Blossom Home is a beautiful, modern board and care home in a rural setting that provides excellent care and assistance for the elderly. The staff is extremely caring and conscientious. It is wonderful to know that all of the residents are safe and well cared for in addition to feeling loved and at home in such a comfortable setting!
