My son and daughter-in-law were placed in Integrated Care Communities in Moreno Valley before they passed. They treated them with dignity, respect, and care. They got every service that they were promised. The place was not inexpensive, but they were not much more than anyone else. I was completely satisfied and grateful for the care and affection they showed to my son and daughter-in-law, along with the physical care and so forth that just goes with it. They were both in assisted living. I've tried their food. It's not fancy, sort of like home cooking, and it's fairly bland but they're doing diets. It's four separate buildings, each building having something between eight and 14 people in it, so they have to kind of work with everyone's diet as much as they can so it's not going to be either fancy or spicy or anything else. They're in a single room with a private bath. It's fairly spacious and can accommodate two people, which is a little crowded. In our case, we opted for a private room that has plenty of room for a twin bed or a double bed and a large chair. It has closets, dressers, and so forth so it's like a master bedroom. They have a dedicated staff member who takes care of activities and that person is in each unit just about every day with something. They do bingo, things that stimulate memory, games, and things like that. They also used to and now that the pandemic is pretty well beaten down, I presume they will return to doing trips. During the pandemic, they would simply not be able to do that. They can't put a bunch of people into a van or a facility so they were very, very careful about that. They do have activities and I'm sure they're returning to outside excursions, but they have not returned to it yet when my people were there.

Integrated Care Communities' price was higher and I felt like the rooms were too small for a shared room. It didn't appear to me to be as clean and updated as the other facility I went to. I was looking at their memory care. They showed me the apartment and the dining room.

The tour I had at Integrated Care Communities was good. I liked the friendly environment that they had. It felt like home, the way they had it decorated. It seemed clean and organized. The staff was nice and helpful. I don't remember what activities and stuff that they had, but the facility was nice. They have them go outside and I know they said they bring kids over to play with them from the daycare that's right there. The staff during the tour was very nice.

I visited Integrated Care Communities and I liked the place. It was nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant. I saw both one bedroom and a shared room. They were both very nice. It was modern and new. They explained to me what they do there and it seemed like a pleasant place.

Integrated Care Communities was clean. The staff was really, really nice. I just prefer the other location. The person who toured us around was knowledgeable, and we had good follow-up. They had gardens, a courtyard, and little walking paths.

Integrated Care Communities was very new. The only drawback is that it's too far for us given the traffic. The community was nice, the staff was very knowledgeable, and the levels of care were separated with different levels of care. They showed me the available rooms that they have, and they were fine. It was well-cleaned, and I went into the kitchen as they were preparing something. The dining area had the seating and they have the option to come and dine with everyone or have the food brought to their room.

Our experience at Integrated Care Communities was good. They were very informative and they showed me around, so they were fine. The facility was clean, well kept, and maintained, and it's easy to get around. They had gaming time for the seniors, so they're able to get together and talk. The patios of the different living units were nice; they were well kept and clean. I like the garden area, which was also nice and kept up. Overall, the grounds of the whole place look pretty good.

I spoke with Luz, who was the manager at Integrated Care Communities. At the time, the only place I was able to tour was one of the rooms, just to have a look. I couldn't look at the rest of the facilities because they were keeping me out due to COVID. I've only interacted with two or three of the staff, and they were very cordial and seemed to be efficient. I was shown one room and it was clean, dry, and serviceable, and to quote a military phrase, it would fit the bill. It would work very nicely. The only problem is, if it's going to be a shared room, then it would be a little tight. They had activities, and they said they don't want the residents to stay in their room all locked up. They want them to come out and interact with each other. They have activities that they invite everybody to, but they can only do so much. If the resident refuses, they're not going to go tie them down or anything. They're going to do what they can to get the residents to come out and participate. The courtyards are very nicely kept up. There's a little patio outside each room so the residents can sit outside and enjoy the birds, flowers, and trees. The grounds are very nice. They're very nicely kept up. The only reason I would downgrade them is because I couldn't see some of the facilities, amenities, and such.

My dad has been in Integrated Care for four weeks now. He moved in the same day of quarantine. The place is clean. I like the set-up and the ratio of health care workers to patients. They're efficient. The price is reasonable in comparison to the other communities for the same level of care that we are requesting. Also, they're accommodating us right now. They do a video chat so we are able to have a chat with my dad every week or as often as we want. We have contact with him. He is not able to talk but he recognizes us. They also communicate to us when there's any problem. Overall, we are very thrilled. I have no complaints with the staff. The nurse is awesome. The manager and the caregivers that are on-hand in the place are loving and kind. From looking at my dad with the video chat, he seems to be happy. He is able to move where he wasn't able to in our house because our house wasn't set-up for his issues. He says the food is good.

My father was in the memory cars cottage. He had a wonderful and very clean privet room. The care staff was amazing. He was in 3 other facilities before Intercare Facility he was never happy or taken care. The care team treated my father with great respect, patience and thoughtfulness and put thier own special love in it. I would greatly recomend to any to place thier love at this Facility. When imy Dad passed I knew he was at the best place and died peacefully.

Integrated Care Communities has assisted living, but it's more of a convalescent type situation more than assisted living. The dining area was just a common dining area. The staff seemed very kind, but I didn't meet many of them. We did not care for the food. We saw just a one big bedroom like a studio apartment.

For my friend's needs, Integrated Care Communities was very adequate. It's not the best, but for her financial situation, it was a perfect fit. The overall feel of the community was very nice. My friend's room is shared, and it's adequate and had a door to a little patio. The staff seemed very nice, and the place seemed clean and tidy. They had a salon and kitchenettes in each of the buildings where they had meals. They had a fish tank in the memory care, and a little area for gathering. The director was marvelous.

Integrated Care Communities is excellent. They're very good. My dad has since been placed in hospice care and they're very good with that too. They used to assist him in going to the restroom and getting dressed, but at this point he's totally bedridden so we have bedside sitters with him around the clock, which is a service that they offer. The staff is absolutely amazing, very caring, and go out of their way to make sure that not only the resident is comfortable, but also the family. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable as well. My dad loved the food and you get what you pay for. I really can't stress that all of the care providers are just top rate, which is a big thing when you're looking for a place for your parents.

The one that is really looking good for my mother is Integrated Care Communities. The memory care seemed very home-like but also had a hospital feel to it, which actually works for my mother. The community workstation area was similar to a nurses' station. The head is out there watching everything and never tucked away in an office, so she is always available and always knows what's going on. Their rooms are a little small, but they get people out, so nobody sits in the room all day, which I really like. Everybody has access to the outside so they can go out. They don't have to have somebody with them constantly because everything is closed-in and very nice, which is really important. The grounds were really nice. From what I saw, I would definitely recommend Integrated Care. They seemed like a really good mix of hospital and senior living. A nurse is there every day, and they have a selection of three different hospices there all the time. If my mother were in a state of mind where she could have a pet, she could have it there. I think that is a really good situation for someone with memory issues where they are well cared for medically and supervised more than just memory care. I was impressed.

Integrated Care Communities - Assisted Living had very nice and large rooms. The place and the people were very nice. Mom needs full assistance, and they offered to take care of her getting in and out of bed. They offered television and phone along with the room package, plus laundry and meals.

I had everything I wanted at Integrated Care. It’s 5 minutes from the Kaiser Hospital and 8 minutes from the doctor’s office, and they don’t charge if they take you to the facilities. They have a monthly calendar and activities every day. They have exercises five days a week, and the food is excellent. I could not be more comfortable and satisfied. They go to lunches twice a week if they want to go, they have two shuttle buses, and they go to the casino. They actually had the nurse come to my home to see where she lived, how the environment was, how the room and the bathroom were kept, what she did, and what she ate. I have never heard of anyone doing that. That is absolutely wonderful.

I visited Integrated Care. It was lovely. They really seemed very caring. I was very impressed with the administrator. She was a darling. Unfortunately, my mother is past the assisted living stage -- she needs memory care -- but Integrated Care is building a facility that has a convalescent hospital-like facility. Integrated Care seemed a very nice facility. The room seemed a little small and kind of crowded, and the social area seemed kind of tight. However, they were very pleasant there, and the patient seemed very happy, which is important to me. They have like a central eating area probably where most of the residents are most of the time during the day. It was more like a homey-scale -- almost like a board and care -- but they had more people than you would find in a board and care. This was my top pick.

As a professional adult and parent, I found myself lacking the time required to provide care for my mother. However, Integrated Care Communities' passionate and well trained staff made this transition as smooth as possible. Her new home assists my mother with feeding, bathing, medical appointments, and other daily activities. Too many factors make mother love her new home, to include: outings to the casinos and restaurants, getting her nails and hair done onsite, and most importantly, getting the love and attention from her new extended family, the staff. When I come visit, it's always delightful to spend time on her porch with access to the beautiful gardens. At times, I've gotten a glimpse of laugh and enjoy from her face when she is participating on a daily activity with the cheerful and loving staff. Thank you, Integrated Care Communities.

I like Integrated Care Communities. I like the facility and how they care for the people. It's clean and neat, and everybody seems caring. I'd recommend them mainly because of how they take care of my relative and how clean the facility is. They take him out for activities, exercise, and all that.

I was happy with how well the staff at Integrated Care Communities treats the patients. They are very kind and very patient with them. My husband needed to be in a locked facility, but it feels more like a home. This place has someone on staff 24 hours a day, and that person knows how to deal with people of all sorts. The rooms are nice and clean. My husband is in a shared room, and they have their own closet. They have chair exercises, arts and crafts, and they take them out to lunch. They also take them to church and doctor visits. The food looks appetizing, and it smells good.

Integrated Care Communities have a lot of different care levels and opportunities for the residents. It’s a large facility. They rooms are clean. It’s right next to a hospital and to a child care facility. It’s very good, and it’s close for me. They have different activities during the week. They go places, and they bring in the kids from the pre-school to interact with the residents every once in a while.

Integrated Care Communities B2 is privately owned by a doctor. It's right next to the hospital. The staff there was very helpful and explained to me the prices and the accommodation. He showed me the different rooms, security that they had within the place, and the different kinds of programs to keep them busy. They allowed me to call and ask them questions regarding my mother's disease.
