Heritage Park is just beautiful. I have lived here for seven years, and I really like it. I can order a bus to take me to the market if I want to, and they have a taxi and a limo that will take you to the doctor. The place is nice and very well kept. It is like a hotel. The reason I moved here is because I was in an automobile accident and needed an elevator. It has elevators, an exercise room, a pool, and they have all kinds of activities. People could play Bingo, they have a nice club room, and there is a TV. They even have a computer room with two computers. They have a nice library and a couple of chairs where we can play chess or just sit there and enjoy being alone. Everything is very clean. They have a kitchen, a club room, a refrigerator, a bar counter, and lots of tables. It's all just very nice. I've enjoyed living here. They keep it up really well, so it has a good reputation. If I need something fixed, they do it. I can't even change a light bulb by myself, and they will not allow my son or daughter-in-law to do that. They have a crew, and there are four in that crew, and then every once in a while they check the smoke alarm and all of the little things to protect you in case of fire. Everything just works great. They have a beautiful, beautiful rose garden in the front, and all the flowers are beautiful. It is just a really nice place to live. I feel comfortable here. All the landscaping is just absolutely beautiful. It is very secure, and I don't worry about somebody breaking into my apartment.

If you don’t mind rude uncooperative management, stoves that set off the fire alarm and get so hot the paint melts off the corners off all the surrounding cupboards, (that are not replaced unless you move) $200 charge to reserve the Community room $$$, cigarettes smoke in your vents (this is not a smoke free facility!) Restricted hours of open door 8am-6pm and a call box that has never worked. This is the place for you, they also raise the rent around $90 a year!

I chose to live at Heritage Park because it was close to my family. We had a pool, workout room, activities and park where I walked my dog. The activities included bingo, wine tasting, wine and cheese, and many more. It would be better if there was a covered parking lot for my car.
