Everything was good at Meridian at Laguna Hills. The only exception is that they did not have a washer and dryer in their apartment. The staff member who gave the tour was very friendly and very honest about it. She told me that this building was old but very well made. It was pretty good in terms of upkeep. However, she didn't show me where is the washer and dryer, and how much it is going to cost me, and all that kind of stuff. Besides, they didn't have a kitchen. It used to be a hotel a long time back, so the amenities basically were of a hotel. It was nice and clean though.

My tour of Meridian At Laguna Hills was very nice. The lady staff was very helpful. However, once she realized that we were looking at something a little bit more towards CCRC than what they were offering, she kind of got a little bit less interested. She wasn't rude or anything, but I think she realized that what she had was not what we were looking for, so we kind of cut the tour a little bit early. The rooms were a little bit smaller than we wanted. They're very nice though. I think they have a microwave, a refrigerator, and one of those electronic magnetic stovetop things in the apartments. The building appeared to be very well taken care of and clean. The people we saw were friendly.

I've been living in the Meridian At Laguna Hills for almost two years. They have three programs where I'm living. They have one for assisted living, one for independent living, and one for 55 plus. I'm in the 55-plus program. It's been a wonderful experience. They have lots of activities and interaction here. The management has been so kind to everyone. And at times it's a little difficult because I think there should be more interaction between the three groups of people rather than separating them. But the grounds are gorgeous. It's like living in a luxurious hotel. There are gardens everywhere and lots of greenery. They have elevators and seven floors. I'm up on the sixth floor, which gives me a glorious view out my window and it's very nice. They have a studio apartment, one bedroom, and two bedrooms. The staff is very friendly. They have to follow regulations, but they're very, very, pleasant people. And I've gotten quite attached to a lot of them. They have a library, and it's open to everyone. It's quite a very large library, with lots of books and videos. And they have movies that they show almost nightly, but not many people take advantage of them. And then there's the swimming pool, a hair salon, and a nail salon. You pay for this service and it's affordable. I think for me, rather than having to go and drive somewhere and fight the traffic and pay for gas, and all of that, just to go down the elevator to the main floor and walk in and have the service, it's worth it to me. It's very convenient and they're very pleasant people. They have 24/7 security people. They're here all the time. They have a golf putting area. The grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of places to walk and there's a large patio area that my apartment looks down on the garden, and it's so beautiful. There are tables and chairs down there and it's nice. I've made friends in the facility with the management and with one resident in particular that I'm very, very close to. He's like my best friend.

I went to Meridian at Laguna Hills and I loved how open it was when you first walked in. The dining area and the dining options I loved. The studio apartment was very nice and updated. They had a pool, a spa, and a salon. The amenities were amazing. The activities that they offered on their calendar were great, too. The staff during the tour, Tammy, was amazing. She was super nice. She knew everybody that we passed. She said hello to everybody. Everybody said hello to her. It was very nice to see.

My friend is in Meridian at Laguna Hills. It's very well maintained and decorated for the holidays and it's kind of homey. The staff has been very good. She likes the food. She likes the people that come and help her, the people downstairs at the counter, especially the waitstaff, and the people that work there with the residents, they especially are very nice. There's a swimming pool, which she hasn't used yet. There are three different dining areas, beautiful outdoor yards, and gardens for walking. There's bingo, and they take them shopping if they want to. They have several shuttle buses and they take them to different places, sometimes just movies or out to lunch somewhere in the community. There are a lot of things to do. They cater to special needs when it comes to food. I think they were a little expensive.

My dad will be moving into Meridian at Laguna Hills. It's a 55 and older community, and they also have assisted living and memory care. They have great staff. They were very helpful. They also gave me a card to the mover who works with the Meridian Community, and he's gonna move my dad. It's like a one-stop shop, so easy and convenient. It's so nice. My dad is a Vietnam vet, and I highly suggest this place. I chose this one because it's closer to me, so I can get to my dad quickly to take him grocery shopping and do laundry. I'm his daughter, and I'm also his caregiver as well. The staff is super nice, very approachable, and very helpful. The place is beautiful, clean, and very nice. The dining area looks very nice. The outdoors are very beautiful. It has a big fountain in the front. There's plenty of parking. Then you walk into the front desk, and it's just like walking into a really nice five-star hotel.

Meridian at Laguna Hills was lovely. It was a good size. The food looked good, and it's quite nice inside. It's quite large. They had a pool and a workout room that we liked. They also have a theater. That's what we're looking for and we may go ahead with them. A very nice lady showed us around. She was quite pleasant. The place had a number of elevators to get you up and down. It's very accessible. They have activities. They have a bus that takes you places you need to go. They schedule tours to different places too. If you want to go you can sign up for the tours.

The Meridian at Laguna Hills is very good. The overall experience was quite good. I did have a meal there, and it was delicious. The rooms are larger and far and away less expensive per square foot. Their price was a lot more affordable for me. I believe it's an older building, but they're in the process of remodeling and doing some upgrades. The one thing that really has me rating them highly is the fact that they had the one-bedroom with a den and one-and-a-half baths, which is exactly what I'm looking for. That area is very nice; I have a cousin who lives not too far from there. It works out well for me, and it's in a good location. They have indoor and outdoor movies, and they have really nice reclining chairs in their indoor movie theater. They have a pool, a jacuzzi, and the usual stuff, and some gardens that I plan to use. They have a garden area, and I think I can do a little gardening there also. I'm seriously thinking of following up on that.

Meridian at Laguna Hills was very nice. It kind of looked like a hotel. The lobby, the restaurants, and the downstairs when you walk in seemed very modern. It's pretty impressive. I was told it's a former hotel and that's one of the reasons it presents itself that way. I saw a small studio apartment. The director was very nice and very engaging. She showed me around, so she gets high marks. It was just too big and maybe just slightly a little impersonal for my taste. It wasn't as homelike as I would've hoped. The only staff I had contact with was the representative who showed me around and she was very professional and very nice. It's topnotch and it seemed very clean.

I moved my mother into Meridian At Laguna Hills. For the couple of days that I was moving her in, I was able to go into the community, see her room, and the facilities. The staff members were very cordial, helpful, informative, and professional. My mother's room has pretty much everything that she needs in there. She has enough square footage, the staff cleans the room for her, she has her own separate bath, separate room, plenty of closet space, and a kitchenette in there. She doesn't cook much, but she can wash her dishes and use her microwave. She has a mini refrigerator built in, so that was all very helpful. The laundry facility is right down the hall from her, which is great. The community is pretty careful about everything and I really have nothing to say at this point. The one downside is the cost is a little expensive.

This was one of the communities I visited, and it's one of the better places here in Orange County. I have friends that live there, their rooms are nicely furnished, most have good views, and it's kept close and clean. I think most of the people that live there feel comfortable and there are lots of services available. It's pretty high class. They have a fitness center, they have restaurant-style dining, they have nice areas to walk in and move around. It's a big community with six or seven floors, and the size of it actually scared one of my neighbors. She did not want to stay in a large apartment building.

I loved this community. It would probably have been the first choice, except my mother's health insurance doesn't cover South Orange County. The rooms were beautifully done and large. Everything was very nice. I think my mother would have been very happy there. The staff who assisted me was delightful and very nice.

It is just a really happy, bright place. They have dancing, yoga, music, swimming, and classes, and there are quite a few different rec rooms with different activities. They have a library and billiards room. They serve 3 meals a day, and the food is fantastic. The staff are just wonderful people who make you feel warm all over. I saw a 1-bedroom, a 1-bedroom den, and all the different sized rooms.

I had a friend that lived here for the last three years. She adored the place so much that she couldn't say enough about it. They are very involved in the community. The dining room is very nice. It is right in the great room. The front is very open and quite cheerful. You walk into the lobby, and the front desk is always manned by someone very nice. The dining room has a front desk where they check you in and escort you to your table just like in a hotel. There's always something special going on in the lobby.

My father has been settled here for about six months. All the people there are very nice. The staff are very good. From what I understand, the food is very good. Their dining room is very clean. Their services are very good too. Dad only does a few activities, but he does like it. He likes the walks that they do and the entertainment that they bring in.

We were able to made visits to different facilities for our parents, and one of them is this one. The facility looked great. The rooms were airy and well-situated. They looked very comfortable. The dining room seemed to be a nice dining room, and they seemed to have a happy hour time. The staff was very kind and nice. There was nothing wrong with the facility, it was just that it didn’t fit the needs of our parents.

It is very nice facility, but only a small part of it was assisted living and the rest of it was more of an independent living. The rooms were of good size. They have a beautiful dining and living room. It was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were very accommodating and very straight forward about what they can and couldn’t do.

My daughter and I fell in love with this community. It was awesome. We had a wonderful tour. The rooms were huge. I just couldn’t remember if they had a refrigerator, not that I would need one. But they have a cooktop and a kitchen sink. I was excited about the meals even though I don’t know all of the courses. The dining room looked gorgeous. The staff did very well in accommodating us. They have bingo, a lounge room where you can watch tv with nice big chairs and a book room where you can read and meditate. I recommend this place.

It was a very beautiful place. We visited it as we looked for a place for my friend. It was an immaculate facility. The staff were cool, funny and gracious. I wanted to move in if they accepted young people.
