The outside of Diana's Care Home looks nice, but the inside is horrible. I walked in and the halls were very dingy and dark, the floor was cracked, and the dining hall was very crowded with people. I also found that the rooms were dark and depressing, but the staff was very friendly. Everybody said hello to me, but the place itself to me was very old and depressing. They showed me the rooms and the showers, and I just felt that the place needed a total remodeling and painting to make it cheerful and brighter. Everybody was watching TV, and they didnt mention any activities.

My father died as a result from this place. He caught fire here being unsupervised and we settled in court yesterday. They also lied with thier insurance so the insurance they had wished to recind the policy. They showed up in court with a bankrupsy attorney And what we had to settle for wouldn't even pay for half of what the doctor and hospital expenses were. Also the social security pointed out to me that they were over charging me also for my fathers brief stay with them. While my father was escaping this place. I was getting numerous calls a day they didn't know where he was. Finally I had enough and made the calls to find another place and spoke with the worker about it that I didn't feel he was safe in there. Then two days after we planned to take him out of there I got the dreaded call he caught fire at this place. Mysterious situation with the fire how two legs go up in flames where you need a hose to put you out. They never once asked how my father was at the hospitals or say sorry for what horrible way my father died as a result of him at this place. I would never recommend that you send a loved one here.
