My Dad had been living in Arcadian for 5 years. This facility has provided a excellent care for my Dad. Two months ago, the doctor recommend my mother needed to have a high level care too. I toured my mother many places, but my mom only had chosen Arcadian for herself. I moved my mom in last month to Arcadian. Her health has improved a lot. She is very happy with the care. I felt very relieve and comfort that my parent are in Arcadian. I want to thank all Arcadian staffs for the tender loving care.

My grandfather been here for almost 9 years now and i've been on this place so many times. As soon as i enter the place all the staff's here will give you a sweet warm smile and ask for any assistance needed. My grandfather never have any complaints since day 1 he moved here. From food to care and activities i can say that we made the right choice for him.

My dad has been in Arcadian for 5 months. He has adjusted nicely. All of the staff are very caring. Everyone is helpful to the family with the many questions we had. It's a very hard decision to make for your family member , but we made the exact correct decision on Arcadian. I thank every one of them. The residents I have grown to love . They are well taken care of.

The facility has been kept clean since the day the new owners have taken the place over. There has been no complaints from Kaiser or other big hospitals that send patients to this facility. They are always cooperative with family and direct care staff. No complaints are ever given only a few things but they are always fixed.

I have been visiting this facility since it started.from old to new management. I have to say they have improved %100 with staff, food, supply etc.. My uncle has been here since 2007 until now..I have not heard any complain from him..He love the carehome and would not want to go home with us.He said the staff and other residents there are his second family..i would recommend this facility to my friends and other relatives..Love the holiday spirit and they have wonderful decorations.

My husband was in Arcadian for three months. It was clean, but it could also be cleaner. Some of the staff was OK, they understand me, but some of them don't speak English. He had bruises on him, but they never told me. I found all of this when I brought him home. The dining facility was OK. They had a menu of what the people would have. I ate there one day, and the food was good. They had bingo, but for the other people, they had nothing. I was not happy with the place. I wouldn't recommend them because my husband fell a couple of times, and they never told me. They needed to improve on their communication and more trained and efficient employees.
