They are clean, do their job, ACT friendly, however the owner and manager make it where you don’t get to see your family or call them. Visiting is a hit or miss, calling good luck as they “don’t have a receptionist” . They make the place Homie but yet the owner Christina seems to think her caregivers lack the capacity to care for the residents while having the residents family over. Every caregiver and caregiving facility I have been to throughout the years are able to care for the person being cared for while family is there. The most they had to do was tell the family to given them a moment, or let them know they will clean them up and be back or just politely tell them they are in the way if they actually are in the way. Other places caring for elderly patients see the value in having the family around. It keeps them alive. This place and the owner seem to push the family away and prefer the patients not be around loved ones. It is strictly keeping up with business. Definitely not recommend. Only recommend if you want a loved one to be taken care of on a business level(job being done checked off) but don’t actually want to have contact with them or care to keep their spirits going… then it’d be recommended.

Do not under any circumstances use this home. My parents have just moved to this home and they do not have their cell phone been taken from them and the home will not allow me to speak to them. It's been a week since I have spoken to my parents. I live out of town and it's very stressful and concerning that this is happening.
