I have had the opportunity to deal with Baltimore house with both of my grandparents. My grandfather was only there for a short period. While he was there, I remember him spending his last days in a comfortable, clean room. It was nice because it did not feel like a hospital and I knew that he was being taken very well care of at that time. My grandmother has been there now for 4 plus months now. Despite, the situation that we all are going through, Baltimore House has been so caring to my family and to my grandmother. They have almost become family. This has been a hard time we have had to go through and they had made this process easier for us. Their home is very comfortable and they provide wonderful organic and healthy meals to the patients. They are patient and make sure everyone is comfortable and do their best to provide the best care possible. I would fully recommend Baltimore House to anyone

My mother was in Baltimore Street Care Home. They were OK and took care of her well. They charged less than the others. However, she declined, so I transferred her.

My first experience with this care home was in 2006. My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had very little expected time. He was placed in hospice and we were given some options of care homes in the east valley that they recommended. We chose Baltimore based on the cleanliness and professionalism of this home, which came with many years of experience in the industry. Unfortunately my father was only able to be there eight days until the cancer took him. I never forgot, however, the beautiful flower garden, the board games being played outside his room by the assisted living residents and the food that was better than anything I cook. I noticed how they were friends to these residents, not just caregivers. In November of 2016 my mother took a hard fall at home. Fortunately nothing was broken but we knew we needed to get her into a home that could help assist her with daily activities. I remembered Baltimore from the years back and luckily they had an opening at their home. My mother has been there ever since and I feel blessed that there was a place for her there when we needed it. They have left me with a great sense of peace that she is being properly taken care of and treated with respect. The home was exactly as I remembered it with all of the things my mom loves, with beautiful flowers on the patio, finch watching at their bird feeders, wonderful homemade food and a very clean environment. Most of all I do not view it as a “facility” but I think of it as Mom’s home and I know now she will be safe. Louise W. Gilbert, AZ

This is a small group type home. They have 10 residents. All the rooms are private and handicapped equipped. The building and grounds are well maintained. I found the interior to be clean and nice. They do have a nice yard and patio. They do all housecleaning and laundry. There is home cooking with three meals and snacks. They do everything fresh. The food is ok. They do all assisted and hospice residents. The caregivers are certified. This is run by a husband and wife. They utilize hospice nurses and do transport to doctor appointments. From speaking with the husband and staff I did not have a homey feeling. They do some activities in house but rarely go out due to loc of residents. I was not really impressed with this facility.
