I've been to The Watermark at Morrison Ranch to visit my mother-in-law. All the amenities are very nice. They take very good care of their people and it's a really good facility. The staff is very attentive and she says the food is great. They have quite a few activities such as movies every day, bingo, church services, people doing puzzles, a game room, and people that will come in and perform.

My parents will be moving into The Watermark at Morrison Ranch by the end of the month. The tour we had was very thorough. They had a lot of creature comforts for the aging population that they are catering to. We felt like it was a good fit because they have church services for my parents' religious affiliation. Also, it's not on a busy road. It's on a very quiet road and they didn't have to look out at a parking lot or a busy street. The staff was fantastic. They were very caring, very informative, and gave us great advice. I felt confident that they would take good care of my parents. They had a lot of room options for the price and space to fit your needs. They all had beautiful views and they were all modern. They had updated flooring and paint, so it didn't feel like you were in an old place. There was a beauty salon and a library. They had a casino room with a casino table where someone would play blackjack. They had a craft room, a chapel, and 2 movie theaters where they showed movies every day. They hold church services there on Saturdays and Sundays. They also had a huge outdoor patio. It honestly looked like a country club. It looked like you could have a wedding there. They had rose arbors, a lake, ducks walking around, and a fountain in the back. There was a beautiful water feature. Birds were taking a bath and the patio that's covered was enormous. Their pricing was the same as everybody else's. It's not like it's more expensive and that's what got me. They have open dining. Their restaurant is open from 7:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night. You can come and dine any time and be waited on. They have a menu and then they have a couple of specials. And I can go in there and then they just charge me around ten bucks. I had lunch there and it was very good.

I liked the layout, even though it was a couple of stories, it was nice. It was clean. Everybody there was just friendly. I went over there a couple of times over a couple of years. I like the fact that if people start an independent living and their needs transition to assisted living, they can transition in place without having to move to another section of the community. There are some communities where you physically have to move for assisted living. This one was really nice. They have a patio, and a balcony.

We went to see it and we loved it, so my aunt will be moving there. The food surpassed our expectations. The rooms are smaller than expected, but they are very nice. My impression of the place is that it's beautiful and free, has a very nice dining experience, and is located on the lake, which is a bonus I think everybody enjoys. The staff that assisted us was really nice. There were people working out in the gym with trainers, which was very nice to see. In every single place that we went to, the gyms were empty, except this one.

This community in Gilbert was very nice. I especially liked its grounds, and that it's away from any busy road. It backs up to a nice lake. It's brand-new inside, and everything looks very nice. I think they had 3 levels, but we went through the independent living part. It's nice. I would have moved my father there, if he hadn't chosen another place.

It was very nice and clean. They have an activity room, a meeting room, games, TV and all that. The dining area was clean and it just looked like a nice facility. I saw the exercise room, the salon, and all their facilities.

I liked it. They didn't have casitas, but they had one and two-bedroom apartments. I was able to see three different one-bedrooms and one of the one-bedroom apartments was over 800 sq.ft, so it was quite roomy. The staff was good. It was pretty new. Everything was in great shape and everything looked good. I toured everything there: the dining facilities, the library, and the physical therapy room. She took me all around and it's laid out very well. There were a lot of open areas and you could see the mountains in the distance. I chatted briefly with a couple that was eating because I was there 11:30 a.m. and some people were having an early lunch. They said the food was great. It looked good, and it was presented well.
