Fleming Farms Senior Living was excellent. I've had a friend that was there and it's very nice and very good. They've got one, two, and three bedrooms. They're a nice size. They have weekly housekeeping, a bistro, and a nice dining room. They have lots of activities for people that live there. The staff is great. Their food is excellent. They have a gym, a pool, physical therapy onsite, a movie theater, and a beauty shop.

I visited a friend at Fleming Farms Senior Living. They were more expensive than the other place I visited, but they had a pool, which really intrigued me. I liked the look of that. It was a much newer facility than the other place I saw. I was very impressed with it. It was very nicely thought out. The thing that really stood out to me was that pool. My husband passed away, but we used to live in Florida. I did water aerobics every single day when we lived there. My friend has a 1-bedroom apartment, and it's very nicely laid out. She had to struggle a little bit with furniture because she had big pieces, so she picked just a few to go into her apartment. It was very nice. I was just a visitor there, but I did talk to a staff member who was a sales person or something. She was very helpful in explaining the different rooms and so forth. Everybody was very friendly and very nice. It is a fairly new facility. It all appeared to be just marvelous. It seemed like every unit had its own little patio, veranda, or whatever you would want to call it. You have some outdoor space, even if you don't really leave the main building.

I went to see Fleming Farms Senior Living. It was newer than the other places I toured so it was a little more up-to-date, modern, and well-kept. The staff was a little more knowledgeable than the previous place I went to, and it was slightly more upscale of a place but not considerably so. They had amenities like a pool, workout area, and a little gym area with weights. There's an area where a family could come in and have a separate area from the bigger crowd, or have a birthday party and that type of thing. They had quite a number of activities. The place was only about two years old so it's quite nicer and overall a little bit better, but still comparable to other places I saw.

Fleming Farms Senior Living was nice. However, when I came into the lobby, it didn't look like they had swept it too well (even though it's a fairly new development). They showed me their activity room and exercise room, and all of that was good. They had a swimming pool. It seemed very nice, but I didn't like the entry. I think they could make the entryway a little cleaner because they're trying to make an impression. I had to sit and wait a few minutes before they came out for me. The apartments were smaller, and I didn't like that as well.

In less than two years, we get a notice that rent will increase $6000 per year. This is ridiculous. The food was good at first but now its awful.

My husband and I have lived at Fleming Farms since October, 2021. Our apartment is beautiful, has two large closets, full kitchen, two bathrooms, kitchen pantry, and a balcony with a view of the courtyard. We really enjoy living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The other residents are also friendly and helpful to new residents. We love the saltwater pool, the exercise room, have a qualified physical therapist on site and have special events frequently. For instance last week we had a birthday party. The staff had a musician present, Hawaiian dancers, appetizers, birthday cake for all and leis for everyone. Very nice.

My mom has signed up at Fleming Farms Senior Living, she's on their waiting list. We looked at several places that are close to this area. She is still an independent person and they offered independent living too. It's close to where she wanted to be, which was her home and it's also very nice. It's a new, more contemporary, and open space concept, which was very important. She's able to have dogs, which is very important to her too. Other facilities also offered these, but we chose Fleming mainly because of the address, the openness of everything, and all the other different things that they provide. It had different parts, but the part that we needed to look at was their independent living.

We chose Fleming Farms for my parents-in-law. They have yet to move in, but we have a deposit there. It was beautiful. We liked the people we met, the caretakers, the managers, and the location. It met our needs. They had a movie room, a pool, a game room, a library, and three dining areas. It was very well done. They had a beautiful courtyard and behind the facility was a farm-like atmosphere, and very serene. The grounds were beautiful.

My mom moved into Fleming Farms Senior Living. It is new and has only been open for a few months now. The food is very good, and anything that we've had questions about, or things that have gone wrong, they corrected it and fixed it. Her room is also very nice. It has a beautiful view, a balcony, lots of windows, and a full kitchen. They have an exercise room, therapy, a swimming pool where they do exercise lessons, an in-house doctor, and they get two meals a day, for breakfast, and either lunch or dinner. She hasn't done any activities yet, but I know they have a variety of them, and they had a lot of activities during the week.
