We moved here about 2 months ago. We checked out a number of other independent living options in our area but 2 bedroom options were not available or had long waiting lists. We were not willing to wait in a one bedroom apartment until one became available. Fortunately, a 2 bedroom with a den became available and those on the waiting list didn't want it in January. Our timing was good. We have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Is life perfect here? No. It's not perfect anywhere. That's why we needed to move here. We are realistic. We are always able to find food we like each day. I love not having to cook every day. We only have to manage one light meal a day on our own. We also have housekeeping once a week. I like having someone change my sheets once a week. I wasn't able to keep up with that before we moved here. It was exhausting. Starting the week with clean sheets and a clean apartment is awesome! I notice that people watch out for each other. The staff does all they can to help people become part of the community. It's not that you will get to know everyone, but you will find a group of people you will know that you eat meals near, exercise with, go to mind flex or rummikube groups with, etc. People notice who is missing and find out why. It's nice to be part of this community even as we are part of an outside community as well. We have enjoyed meeting wonderful people here. Some have overcome difficulties in their lives with wonderful senses of humor, some are continuing to struggle against disease. Others, are fairly healthy. I highly encourage you to come enjoy this community. The building is not the newest or fanciest. The location is wonderful. And the people are great!

I toured Brookdale Jones Farm. It was good. They answered all my questions. I did not see activities, but we talked about the activities. There wasn't a big gathering place to do activities. I went through the kitchen when they were cooking, and the food looked great and smelled good. They had the salon and those kinds of things. There was therapy there. The rooms were nice and more like studio rooms.

The tour I had at Brookdale Jones Farm was good. The staff was super friendly. It was just that they had a one-bedroom that was a lot smaller and it looked a good bit older, probably 15 years old. They were really helpful.

My dad is currently at Brookdale Jones Farm for a few weeks. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The landscaping is very nice. Honestly, I would live there myself. His room is very clean, very nice, and roomy. For an assisted living apartment, it is fairly large. The staff is very nice, very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We are very happy with them. They do have activities, and the residents seemed very happy. He did go watch a movie the other night. The dining area is very nice and very classy. I think that the food that they've been serving him is also very good. It's not like being in a hospital where they serve hospital food. They have a good selection also.

I visited my friend at Brookdale Jones Farm. It was a good experience, and I liked it there. I felt they had a homey feel to it. The experience would be useful should I decide to go there. I would describe the person who gave me the tour as being enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to make me feel like I would be at home there. I was just very impressed with her. The rooms were nice, though. I saw the one that my friend was in, which was a 1-bedroom. They also showed me a 2-bedroom. They were very nice and very well thought out. I ate lunch the day I was there with my friend, and the food was very good. I'm kind of a picky eater, but everything was very good and very nicely prepared. I didn't get to see any activities or anything actually taking place. My friend mentioned that she did an exercise that was related to balance. The facility seemed fine. I certainly didn't notice anything broken or anything not the way you would want it to be. I think that part was fine. It certainly is on my list of places that I would be looking into more closely when I get to the point of needing to move in one. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I went on a tour of Brookdale Jones Farm. It was nice, well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We met several of the people from the community who live there, and they had ambassadors who would reach out to new residents to spend time with them and help them get acclimated to the area. The place had kind of an old Southern charm to it. The person who gave us the tour was very helpful and friendly but not quite as knowledgeable as a couple of folks we met in the other facility. We liked what they offered and they had plenty to keep people busy. They had a salon, a workout facility, a pool, and they had space for aerobics, and a gym or workout area.

The Brookdale Jones Farm location was very nice. The facility itself was older and somewhat dated, but the overall community looked very nice. The staff that I met during the tour was very friendly and very informative. Overall, it was a good experience. They have several different options when it comes to the rooms. I saw multiple floor plans. The rooms were also a little dated, but they were a good size. They would have been perfectly acceptable. The facilities and amenities were not as much as the more expensive locations that I looked at. Overall, they would have been fine.

My mother is in Brookdale Jones Farm's assisted living. It's a really good place, very clean, and very well managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good. It's expensive. They have activities like bingo, they have movies, they have what I call walking activities where they take my mother out in a wheelchair outside. She's actually pushed in a wheelchair, but she gets that opportunity, and they also have music there. Some of the residents gather in the evenings after dinner, and they have people from the Huntsville Orchestra that come in and play music about once a week. She also plays a lot of board games.

Brookdale Jones Farm was very clean. They had nice and friendly people. They showed me two-bedroom apartments, and the size was perfect. They had activity rooms, a nice dining room, a nice lobby, and a nice grand piano (which my mom likes because she plays piano). They had a nice internal courtyard and a nice place for her to walk the dog, which is very important to her. They have transportation. They have a lot of activities, where they take the residents either shopping, local area trips, and things of interest. It's well maintained. The rooms were nice and bright. They also had little patios.

I toured Brookdale Jones Farm. I was very pleased with the tour, and I got all the information. They sent me home with a big pack of information, so I know everything I needed to know. The lady I talked with was very, very nice, very helpful, and answered all my questions. She showed me one room, that's the only thing they had too, and I was very pleased with that. They had a library, they had internet, a computer there that could be used. Other than that, I saw the room that had a kitchen. They had all kinds of activities.

My father is in Brookdale Jones Farm. We chose it because of the size, the facility, and the accessibility to our loved one. He's been there a little bit and everybody's doing the best they can. The room looks exactly like it did when I went and looked at it before they took me in and bought it. It looks fine; it's a studio apartment. I'm not allowed to be in the dining area when they're eating, but it's fine, and it's set up to have ten or 15 people. It's COVID, so it's all spread out, but it's really nice. He hasn't been able to participate in everything yet, he's still on a walker, but they have some bingo, group activities, and there's plenty of helpers available. It's really good. It's very clean and very nice. It's a good value for the money.

We are staying at Brookdale Jones Farm temporarily. Its nice and there are some nice people here. We have an apartment, its laid out fine, and were conveniently located near parking, the restaurant, and dog walking. Its well laid out. Its a 2-bedroom and we have all the amenities we need, like a washer and dryer, refrigerator, and stove. We go down to the restaurant for our meals. They have a pretty good selection. The staff seems to be very friendly and we have no complaints. My wife started participating in the activities and has played bingo and cards. Its very expensive.

Brookdale Jones Farm is a very nice, upscale community. They have two floors, a very elegant dining room, and an area for them to play games. The lady who assisted me was very nice and answered all my questions. They also had a gym and a small library.

Brookdale Jones Farm is a beautiful place and very well-done. Everything seemed welcoming, soothing, and comfortable. The facility itself was very clean and neat. The people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area in the apartment were nice and had ample space for two people, but the bedroom was a little too small and had a very claustrophobic feeling. We were there when they were having lunch and everyone was quite enthusiastic about the food. The dining room was very lovely.

We took a tour at Brookdale Place Jones Farm and talked to their financing officers. This was probably the top rated one out of the three that we visited. It was a very good affordable option for people who want to stay close to town and be active and have a close group of retirees versus a huge facility that you might get kind of lost in. They had spacious rooms and small rooms. They were not as modern, but they were definitely clean and well maintained. They did not have a swimming pool, but they would take residents to a pool. They had frequent trips to the art center, the theater downtown, the movies, and shopping. They had card games and exercise activities.

I took a tour at Brookdale. They were very nice. Their restaurant looked sufficiently nice. Their cost was not as high as the other facility I saw, but if you have to go to skilled nursing, they don't have that there. They have independent living and some limited assisted living, but no skilled nursing and no facility for a person whose mind is not there.

Brookdale Place was very good. Everybody was wonderful. My schedule is horrible, and they worked with me two or three times before I could get up there. The rooms were very nice; I really liked them. It's a wonderful place, and I believe my dad will like it very much. The residents were happy and most of them were active.

My mother moved into Brookdale Place. It is the only place we visited, and we really felt that it was the best choice for the money. We like it very much. Mother lived in her home for 50 years, but she is adjusting well there. She is in an apartment, like a nursing room home, but she has a kitchen and two bedrooms. She has her own pictures and furniture there. They have art classes, balance classes, and yoga. They also have therapy available with a doctor's prescription. They go on trips, which is very nice. The dining room is very nice. They have just hired a new chef. The choices are very good. I have eaten there with my mother for the two weeks that I have been staying with her, and food is very nice. It is well prepared.

We went and looked at Brookdale Place and it seemed nice. Their grounds were well kept with lots of flowers. The people who were running it were pretty friendly and nice. What I noticed was that they have three floors and there didn't seemed to be any interaction between the floors. They had two levels of room and they were pretty big rooms especially the most expensive ones. Their dining hall was pretty fancy. They said they had activities, however, I didn't see any interactions when I was there. I thought it was too big and it also costs more.

The people at Brookdale Place at Jones Farm were very nice. The security was very good. Their rooms were very small. Their price was very high. If they can afford it and they're content with a very small apartment, then this facility is fine for them. For us, it just didn't fit our needs.

I know about Brookdale. We have several people in our church who live there and they're very pleased with it. They say the food is good. I have eaten there. I went to a seminar there over six months ago and it was very good. They have lots of activities that they can join in if they want to and they have a shuttle to take them shopping if they come to doctors' appointments. They seem to be very adequate with several other places here in Huntsville. They were one of the original ones and they keep everything upgraded and it's very nice.

Our visit at Brookdale Place at Jones Farm went well. I enjoyed it. It was a really nice place. They have assisted living and independent living. It was clean and there was no smell. The staff who showed me around gave me a lot of attention so that was good. I saw one room and it was very efficient. It was small but well planned. I really like the little balcony outside. They did have planned activities for their residents there. I went to the independent living dining area, which was just a dining room but it was clean and nice. The residents there seemed like they were enjoying themselves. Overall, it was a good place.

We chose Brookdale Place Jones Farm for my aunt because of the location and the rating. The independent living apartments were larger compared to the assisted living apartments. It would be nice if the assisted living facility was more like a real apartment. They had various activities but my aunt is deaf so it limited her access to these activities. The staff were nice and I do not have any complaints. The food was good but it was too expensive for visitors because they charged way too much.

I was disappointed with my visit at Brookdale Place Jones Farm because I waited for the person I had an appointment with. She was busy with another client. The residents were also arguing with the person who gave the tour. There was also a strong odor inside the facility. It was larger than the other places and I thought my mother would not be comfortable there.

Brookdale Place Jones was very nice and had more of a cottage feel. The rooms were larger and I think it was two floors with 24/7 nurse on site. There were 96 residents, 48 on each floor. It was at the back of an apartment complex and the setting wasn't the best, even though it's in Jones Valley which is a beautiful area. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the facility and everything else on it. The staff was adequate for the number of residents. We were able to speak with some of the residents and the feedback was very good. So I felt like they were running a very good facility.

I have never spoken to any of the staff or had to deal with them but the place is beautiful. They have outdoor gardens which my Mother in Law loves, She says the provide her with good food several times a day that fit her needs because she is diabetic and they also have choices of what food they want so they are not stuck with one option of take it or leave it. They organize different activities for them like shopping trips and activities and even social gatherings like dancing. They have a bulletin board up in the community center and it shows different things they have such as education programs for anyone interested. They also provide transportation to go anywhere around the facility for people who can not get arount very well.
