I've been very pleased. Everybody I have talked to, I've learned so much. Everybody has been so informative and told me different levels of care. It's been a good experience. We looked at memory care. I liked the level of care that they gave. They have a doctor that comes in. The place was very nice. The staff I met was very polite and took us through. I saw him interact with some of the residents. They knew him and you could tell he knew them. He was calling them by name and he did a good job showing us everything. You could tell that he cared about the people. I saw people eating and they seemed to be enjoying and they were conversing.

It had both one- and two-bedroom apartments. It had a nice living room and served three meals a day in the common dining area. I am just a little uneasy on it being multi-floored in case of fire or something like that.

It was a good facility in a very good location. There's a hospital near the shopping facility. We loved it.

It is nice and clean, the staff was really nice, and they were happy to help. They were very friendly and accommodating. There wasn’t too much going on there.
