They are awful. They tell you they are going to send things to assist you and don't. They are very rude when you call. When you tell them what medications you are on, they don't list it. It is more with the woman who answers the phone than the doctor. Would not recommend them at all.
Worst company ever

When you call to talk to anyone regarding the person under their care (who is supposed to be cared for by VPA), No one seems to call you back. You have to call them 3-4 times to even speak to a doctor, over a 3 day period. Response time is suppose to be 24 hours and I have yet to receive that. On another note, for Test results they are not given to the patient, you have to demand to see the results. I will find another doctor for my loved one, as they have been involved for one year and it has been the worst horrible experience ever. WOULD NOT HAVE MY DOG SEEN BY THESE PEOPLE. Beware!!!

Have had doctor come several times for my mother who is unable to leave home. Unsure who will come and this last visit doctor came because I believed my mother has mrsa in her sinus's again. Doctor did not even look in her nose, he didn't check her ears for fluid, he was told she has sinus infection . I told him she usually get a topical ointment and I gave him the name, he told me he believes that was dis continues, well a call to pharmacy shows it is not. He left with very little exam. This is second time this "Doctor" came and I will for now on find out who is coming first. The usual nurse practitioner has been wonderful but if I can't have control over who come I will have to find somewhere else. Very upsetting

Worst place ever..my mom was a client and now has passed on. Had to call a numours amount of times before I even received a phone call back and that took 1-2 weeks before that happened. Ive asked the doctor several times for referrals for my mom to see a neuroligist and heart doctor but never received one her doctor never stayed more than 5 minutes to even find out more information on or about what was going on with my mom not only did she not care but she was always rude, disrespectful and just blew off everything I tried to tell her. She was worthless to have as a doctor she shouldn't even have a license to practice...Then to beat it all off when my mom passed away the doctor had a 3 day time frame where the death certificate had to be signed witch was from march 12th 2017 to march 15th. 2017 and never signed it she waited until march 17th. SO therefore my mom could not be cremated and still had yet to be because of that and when we held her funeral services it was just an empty urn.... I would not recommend this place to anyone and it should not even have any kind of stars... So if you want a real doctor that's going to care stick with hospitals and their clinic cause these people do not care about your loved ones

Terrible Service ! They treated my wife with M.S. with disrespect, humiliation and neglected many things she needed. Always have to call SEVERAL TIMES to correct or get things she commonly needs. Caused her more pain and damage to her physical and mental health. They come with an attitude like it was a bother to drive here. Many issues with this facility and the corporate location in Troy, MI. It took forever to get a new doctor, corporate failed to do it when asked to get a female Dr. They are unorganized and fail to get emergency needs that is just a phone call for them. They continuously drop the ball and cause more pain than needed. They made my wife suffer, not pleased at ALL !!!!!!!!!!!! WORTHLESS FOR THOSE IN NEED OF PROPER RESPECTFUL CARE. They cancelled her file due to complaints, which we had a right to do or we could just let them mentally abuse my wife from now on.

I am very unhappy with the care my mother and grandmother have received. The doctor did not diagnose my grandmother's UTI. The doctors can not find out what is wrong with my mother nor do they care to find out. I called this morning because my mother is suffering greatly. The doctor called back and said he would send to prescriptions in for her but four hours later the pharmacy still does not have the prescriptions. I called the doctor again and he said he sent the prescriptions and call the pharmacy. Of course it was just the answering service which places you on hold and talks with the doctor and the doctor hangs up. So you cant tell him that you have called the pharmacy three times in four hours and then will not call you back.

When Visiting Physicians came to the house, they did all his blood work, the testing and anything my dad needed. Personally my mother and I were happy with them but daddy was never happy; he didn’t want to be bothered. I did most of the work because he didn’t really want anybody around him except us and he just refused to work with them. So they showed me what to do and he would do it for me. The occupational and speech therapists, he did not like. The physical therapist, he liked her better and he worked with her more but he got tired at the end, and then I had to do most of it. But whenever we would call, they would always answer. We had no trouble getting hold of them. They always got right back to us; we never had to wait on anything. They did a good job and they would do anything we asked, but he would not allow it. The therapists were used to it and they were nice with him. They were very patient -- some of them would get tickled and they would laugh at him, then they would get him laughing. They were trying to teach him how to hold his tongue and he would get mad. It was a good experience because the last year, I could not physically get him outside anymore, so we needed that. He had a massive stroke, he was immobile, so it was a help to have them come to the house. Yes, I would recommend them.

Recommended for anybody with problems getting out or not able to drive. They come in to your place of living. They are professional but sensitive to your needs, understanding, and very good with seniors. They perform all tests within the home(if possible). Prescriptions are called in immediately after visit. Would recommend highly.
