I had one aide from Superior Care Plus for quite a few years, and she was fantastic. They recently have a new person in the office now. She seems to be doing quite a good job. She calls to let me know that the aide has an upcoming vacation day that she is taking off to do something, asks me if I need somebody, and makes an effort to find a substitute.
