They made our lives easier by being reliable. I liked that they were reliable.

It's working well and the client has adjusted to the new person. There can't be a greater impact because of the illness. The caregivers could continue doing what they're doing and maybe increase the walking in the house. If we see signs where we can increase, then we will but everything is coming along well right now. Right now, I am hoping to get a few more hours of service. The hours I have are working well. They're very helpful. It helps the members of the family to know they can leave or do something for themselves for a few minutes.

They were cooperative to provide any services my husband needed. It was an overall good experience. They were professional and cooperative whenever my husband needed care. Also, they are friendly.

They've made my life easier by doing what I can't since I'm over ninety years old. I would tell a friend that they care for their clients.

We need the services and they do help a lot. They replaced a caregiver when I asked for a replacement even though it took several weeks. I liked how we had the option to switch caregivers. I would like to have more communication. I need to be notified about any changes or problems.

They are only here two days a week to help and their work is excellent. I would recommend them because they are very informative about their caring positions, the aide we have is very prompt and never late, and is a very good person.

The services have given him a solid companion to have. He seems happy to have another person to talk to. I like the people within the company. They go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of.

He has good caregivers. They can have people available when someone can't show up.

He has a long ways to go and they are doing as much as they can with the amount of visits that we have been given. I do not have complaints. They are spot on.

I saw the quality of her life go up exponentially. It's really helping her. I like that they're very understanding. They found me the perfect caregiver for my mom. I appreciate that.

My mother really enjoys her aide and the personal care that she receives. The caregivers we have are great, and the agency is alright. I have more interaction with the caregiver and not the agency.

My caregiver did not understand what I needed because I could not even eat by myself or that I needed help getting dressed. She made a lot of assumptions. She was from an other country and did not understand me. I like that they offer more services than other companies, but they need to be better at matching me with caregivers.

I am completely dependent on them. I understand it is difficult to find trained professionals and there were some times where I would go two days without any help.

They have helped give me peace of mind knowing that there is someone who is qualified and caring to take care of my mother. I like that they are good about my staffing concerns and that their staff is caring and knowledgeable.

I hired this company on the advice of the Rehab Center discharging my elderly cousin to home. The manager and caregivers are lovely people, but unfortunately over time the manager was just too disorganized and non-responsive. She didn’t even seem to care when she messed up the schedule so that no one would show up. That happened at least 5 times over the two months I hired them which meant my bedridden cousin went 48 hours without anyone changing her or feeding her. I also asked the manager to change me from the more expensive “On Demand” plan ($48/hour) to the standard $25/hour plan and she never responded to that request. It was a real shame because my cousin really liked the caregivers who were helping her. She was quite upset that we had to change companies to make sure she got the care she needs.

My mom has Alzheimer's, so she can be difficult. We have found their help to be very supportive. I get an opportunity to go to work instead of losing sleep. If she were in her right mind, she would appreciate it. They have given her some routine. I like the fact that we work out changes in the schedule.

I had them for a limited time, so they did not have much impact. I could not afford more. They are knowledgeable and patient.

The services have been positive because the caregiver we have right now has a really good relationship with my mom. That provides comfort and stability for her. I would like to see them have a better screening of the caregivers.

I was dealt a bad hand. The first two caregivers were wonderful but when the third lady came in she was 72 years old and I can do better than she can. I just had a real bad experience here with the caregiver that takes charge, sent another one to me. She did not treat me fairly.

I have a busy schedule, so they have been able to find someone based on my schedule. I can get ahold of them when I need them. If they are going to change people, they call me and let me know in advance.

My mother-in-law had Alzheimer's and she really couldn't tell the difference. For me, to make my life easier, they could have had a work ethic and put my mother-in-law's needs first. I think they need to assess one's work ethic better before hiring them, if possible. They can't guarantee that someone is going to show up for work. I had to physically go to one of the sites to complain about the work ethic and them not showing up for work because of inclement weather.

They do very well. Whenever I request a new schedule, I haven't been disappointed. They always send someone to be here when I am not home. When the person who is giving care can't come, they send me a replacement immediately. The caregivers that come do what they are supposed to do.

She did exercises with my loved one this morning. I would tell a friend that they get to know person they are taking care of. They just jump in and start working without any questions. They understand what condition my loved one is in.

There was nothing wrong with her. She was the best caregiver my grandmother head. It was sad when we couldn't keep Prestige. We loved her health care provider. She was always on time. She did everything my grandmother asked her to do and got along with her very well.

The things that I was doing, they took over and did it. They would have nothing to worry about with them. They were polite, on time, and the work was adequate.

I needed to be provided with a caregiver for the time I needed. They didn't move anything that needed to be moved. I needed more to be done. They should be better trained. The people that talked to me were nice. My problem came with the caregiver. They wouldn't smile. They would only do what I told them. They did as little as they could.

The nurse aide is very attentive to my loved one. Just by providing a nurse aide, they are making life easier.

I haven't had them for too long, but they come in and do whatever I ask them to do. It has been good so far. The girl does a lot of things that I cannot do. She even does things that I don't ask her to do. She vacuums and washes clothes, puts them away, and cleans the bathroom and kitchen.

Her aide is very forgetful at times. We like her, but we just have to keep reminding her. They use our products for house cleaning. Our caregiver doesn't understand how we run our home. The fact that there is someone here to care for her takes the burden off of me.

There's a lack of professionalism in terms of scheduling and people calling out. My loved one has already had three different people come out in these past couple of months. I got a call from the scheduling office saying that someone else was coming today; my loved one doesn't like the change of caregivers. For me, it frees me up because I'm my loved one's all time caregiver. I look forward to it because it gives me at least three hours a week to do what I want. I'm getting the help, but the stress of the phone calls or no phone calls is tough.

They call and tell me that the housekeeper is coming on a certain day, but then they don't show up. When they come to my house, a nurse should call me to let me know that they are coming so I don't get a random knock on my door. They also shouldn't call me at night. Prestige needs to get better people in the job, because I am a sick person and they are not doing their job.

The caregivers need to improve on their personal skills. The communication skills are lacking, they can't cook, and they can't go to the store for me.
