We needed someone in an urgent situation and this company provided 24 Hour care for our family member with only 24-36 hours notice. They did a great job and were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this group.

My mother needed 100% care, she wasn’t able to do anything for herself. The 2 young ladies that alternated days coming in every day for weeks was caring attentive to her needs.

Our aid offered to help us a few days before a very important neurologist diagnosis appointment. She arrived on time and was available to go over instructions. She immediately assisted dad with toileting after his breakfast. She was calm, comforting, a great listener, and very validating. She pushed dad's wheelchair and helped us to get to the appointment early when the van accidentally dropped dad on the wrong side of the building. She sat through the whole appointment with us and rode back with us. We are so grateful that she was with us. It gave us much peace of mind in a situation that was outside of our normal comfort zone.

Your caregivers demonstrated genuine compassion and professionalism throughout their service. Specifically, I had the chance to work with Ameyo who is phenomenal. Aunt Maryann is not the easiest person to work with. She is an extremely strong, stubborn, independent woman set in her ways. I did not expect her to recover so quickly and return to going back to daily mass. The peace of mind that we experienced knowing that she was in capable hands was tremendous. Serving You Home care has been a literal life saver for our family. Jacque and Hanifa have been so easy to work with in our unusual situation where both my father and uncle need home care. My auntie had a huge open wound after a major surgery. When she left rehab no one felt comfortable enough to change it, until her new caregiver came. Now the Dr. says its looking good and whoever is changing it is doing a wonderful job!!

Serving You Home Care was an answer to prayer. We needed assistance right away, 7 days a week, for 8 hours and a caregiver was at our home the next morning. The caregivers were timely and attentive. SYHC was there at the very moment my mom took her last breath. I couldn't be more grateful for the care that was provided at the time it was needed most.

Our assessment clinician did a thorough assessment to determine what type of helped was needed for my aunt. She (Jacque) spent a lot of time with my aunt to insure that she understood what care would be provide based on her needs. I appreciate the time Jacque’ spent with us. She answered endless questions we had and never made us feel rushed.

Jacque cared for my father during his last few months. His decline was rapid and we were taken off guard. Jacque came to the house and charmed both my dad and mom. She gained their trust, which was a mighty task. She was confident and knowledgeable. Jacque made lots of suggestions, shared many caregiving techniques, and remained gentle, patient and kind throughout her time with us. We would not have made it through this difficult period without Jacque’s support. She also managed the filings with insurance which was a huge help.

Jacque could not have been a better care taker. She came to our home and helped my dad be as comfortable and happy as possible during his last weeks. She listened to him and made him feel special. Jacque and her team displayed genuine affection for him, as well as for the rest of our family. She is kind, knowledgeable, flexible, patient and displayed tremendous empathy for us all.
