FirstLight is providing personal care for my husband. They assist in utilizing personal things in the house and helping him get out and things like that. The caregiver is very kind and listens to instructions well. The caregivers have always been present. During the first week, they had to try out 2 or 3 people to find out which one would be best with my husband. The communication with the agency has been very good. They were also very good in making sure that all my questions are answered and setting up meetings in a timely manner.
