Once they get familiar, they take over and do everything that is required. They communicate well with me, if an aide is not going to be there, I am found a replacement. They are very proactive.

We have been with Right at Home for several years. The office staff is kind and professional. They respond and communicate regularly. Shana has been our regular caregiver. She os great! She was instructive, professional and to the point. Not only does she provide wonderful care to Mom, but to me, her daughter. Especially when she started. I was a helicopter caregiving daughter. Her direction and encouragement helped me be a healthier towards her, too. I still learn from her. She showers her, feeds and does light housework. BTW, she also prepares food to look good and tastes delicious, is quick with domestic work, and is a pleasant member of this household. Mom's dementia is advancing, but she remembers Shana every time Shana enters the house. It is reassuring to have such goodness in our family. Mom is now 94 and that happens with an atmosphere of peace and joy. Thanks RAH!

Right at Home provided caregivers for my Dad for about 1.5 years. We started with just a few short visits per week but that increased to 24/7 care in the last few months of his life. He lived in an Assisted Living facility but his health declined to the point that the RAH caregivers allowed him to remain in his apartment. He eventually also had hospice care. The Right at Home team communicated with the staff at Assisted Living and with hospice to help keep everyone up to date and current with Dad's needs. My siblings and I did not live close to Dad but I had the privilege of meeting many of his caregivers. They truly cared about him and for him. I know my Dad was well cared for and lived as full of a life as he could till the end. Thank you.

The client is quite comfortable with the caregivers, but he tends to have issues with them when they keep changing out. Older people like to see a continuation of the same person coming in and taking are of them on a daily basis. Sometimes when someone is here that he is not familiar with, he tends to not want to eat, and I have to feed him. The girls are very patient and are willing to do whatever they need to accommodate the client. I like that their employees are very caring and are very willing to do what is necessary to help the client.

I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone seeking or needing part time or full time caretakers. We employed Right at Home to assist my mother after a fall from 24/7 care in the beginning until a few hours a day before she no longer needed the care. She had several caretakers and all were professional, kind and helpful. In working with the staff to set up the evaluation, care, and scheduling, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through all facets of the process. If you have someone who needs in-home care, I cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough! A great company to help us through a difficult time.

My 72-year old brother in law, who has had lifelong cerebral palsy, is the client. The caregiver picks him up at home twice weekly for water volleyball at the Hobart YMCA, stays on site for a couple of hours, then brings him home. He lives 3 miles across town, so I don't actually observe the relationship, but keep in close touch with him, both in person and by phone almost daily, and am aware of absolutely no complaints. Don’t wait to get help! Call Right at Home to get a caretaker to match your needs . Be specific They will work with you It is worth the money but it takes time to get the caretaker so don’t delay. My mom stayed in our home till she went to heaven thanks to Right at Home. Bathing, Laundry, clean sheets , meal prep, dishes washed , sweeping are just a few of the wonderful serves done for my mom and I could still go to work knowing she was cared for. I employed this agency to help with the care of my elderly Aunt whose health was failing. I started with Daycare service and rapidly changed to 24/7. Housecleaning chores and preparing food were done daily. The apartment was spotless and food was prepared to my Aunt's taste. My Aunt's health declined very rapidly and Hospice was called. Caregiver Janice during her shift took to calling Hospice as soon as she saw a change in my Aunt. I had many decisions to make during the weekends. The on- call person was very attentive to my concerns and responded quickly to resolving issues. Janice was there on the morning my Aunt was passing and helped me thru a very traumatic experience. She stayed beyond her shift, with approval from her agency, to help the Hospice Nurse while I had phone calls to make. She put the care of the person first. I thank all of the caregivers who got to know my Aunt and helped her. You all did an amazing job and my Aunt said you were all very nice to her.

My family and I were very pleased with the care that our 95 year old mother received from the Right At Home staff. The management team and caseworkers were very efficient and made sure all shifts were covered each week. They were always receptive and accommodating when we had to make changes to the schedule and assist us with other needs. The caregivers were superb! Right @ home provided us around the clock care for my mother-in-law with professional punctual, hard working people who were thoughtful and kind to her. They knew how to talk to her with ease and helped as well as kept her safe form falling when she tried to do things on her own. They helped with daily physical therapy exercises as well.
