She is 94 and can barely get around so they help her with anything in the house. I like that they listen to our friend. They do what she asks.

The girls are very good. The turnover has been very high and they don't communicate well. They could have better communication with management.

The impact of the services was very positive. I liked how they were responsiveness wise, and we had to set up a temporary clinical service, and they did really great with that.

Receiving the care had a positive impact. They need to improve the initial meeting. I wasn't sure when it was going to happen. It felt like it was a while before it did happen.

It has been a positive experience because they hire and retain good caregivers. I would recommend them because the care that we have been given is amazing. The caregiver is amazing and shows up on time.
