We only use Partners In Home Care once or twice a week. They do a very good job. They're very personable. We interviewed five companies and most of them were corporations. This company was more personable and down-to-earth.

It had helped my mother who really needs the care, but it has also helped my dad to become more free, I like this agency because of the care person who was provided.

They tailor the visits to what she needs, they drive her to places, help her when she asks for it. They are easy to get a hold of and have great communication and great caregivers and very flexible.

I live long distance so I couldn't have done it without them. I like the personalized service. I liked how everyone who came seemed to be better than just the standard person.

It is mostly my mom. They couldn't really do anything except maybe motivate her and that is hard to do. They are responsive and good-quality caregivers.

I only see them once a week, but when I do see them, they make a really positive impact. They try to maintain the schedule that I have, and I have a good relationship with my caregiver.

They stayed here in case she fell, but they didn't do anything else. They showed up on time every day.

They offer companionship and find the right caregivers that will develop a relationship with my mom. They could maybe have more contact as you start with a new client to make sure the client's priorities are met as quickly as possible rather than having longer on-boarding time.

My dad passed in June 2019. My sister and I both live elsewhere and could not be there. For his last 2 weeks he was at home, receiving excellent care from Brenna and her team. Brenna communicated well with me and with the hospice nurse as needed. When I arrived a few days before he passed I observed that the staff were all diligent, kind, respectful, and gave excellent care, making sure that he was as comfortable as possible.

They assisted her with all the things she needed to do since she could not do things below her waist. Most of the different staff that came were very confident and skilled with their job.

She has Alzheimer's, so she's kind of in her own world. They provide mental stimulation that she probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise because we work. It depends on the situation. They are very responsive, they have good communication.

They are flexible, they assist with whatever needs I have, and they are cordial to Rose and her needs as well. They help where they can. I like that they are flexible to me when we need hours, and the owner is always available.

The caregiver gets him dressed, up, and into a chair. The people, management and caregivers, there are excellent.

They have helped the most by stepping in and starting to do whatever is needing to be done. It was one of five agencies that CNA Long Term Insurance suggested. When I looked at everybody's website I felt like Partners In-Home Care would be the kind of people that I would like taking care of my mom. They seem very nice, caring, and personable.

I used Partners In Home Care. It was for my mom; it was fine. Some of the caregivers were very good, but some were a little inexperienced. As far as taking care of my mom, they helped her with her meals, they transferred her from the bed to the wheelchair, and from the wheelchair to the toilet, and when medical personnel came in they helped facilitate that. They were mostly taking care of her and like helping her dress and do her hair. I called different agencies and talked to them, but Partners In Home Care were more accommodating than others as far as their hours. We had family during the day, but I needed somebody early morning and late afternoon to evening, and they were amenable to splitting hours. Their minimum number of hours wasn't as high as others. They were more flexible.

They engage her. The three we have have experience and technique. They could have more additional training.

We chose Partners In Home Care for our father because they're close by, and I was impressed speaking with the owner. We really like our caregiver. We talked with both the owner and the caregiver before they started, and I know that they're insured and background checked, so I was happy with that.

I do not write many reviews but in this case it is a must. Partners in home care is a breath of fresh air. We spoke to Brenna whom is actually the owner and operator and we were exposed to a very professional and sincere person who gave us perspective and clarity of providing care for my family. Thank you so much! We so appreciate your kind guidance and are thankful for providing excellent care of our parents.

I am using Partners In Home Care for five hours, twice a week. They provide light housekeeping, shower, and a little food prep. They do fine with billing every two weeks. They're doing a great job.

Early last year my mother was diagnosed with moderate dementia and a secondary Parkinson's disease. She can no longer drive. She lives alone with her dog and we want her to be able to maintain as much independence as possible so we searched for a home care service to help her a few days a week.. We decided on Partners in Home Care based on our assessment of the services they provide, the cost of the services and the experience and caring nature of the staff. Partners in Home Care visits my mother 2 times each week. They take her on errands, to the library and help her with housekeeping. They also take her to doctor appointments. The are very caring and knowledgeable.. My mother was apprehensive at having a home care service and they have made her very comfortable. She enjoys the company and the support they provide. Partners in Home Care has provided us valuable feedback and suggestions for managing our mother's care. We highly recommend the services of Partners in Home Care!
