I've used them for transportation to and from surgeries. Wendy actually took the time to follow up with me to see if I was okay after my surgery. That wasn't part of what she needed to do; I just needed transportation. She took that extra step. Wendy, the manager, will bring me to my surgery or pick me up if it's really early in the morning. She and everyone else has given really excellent service. I had to be picked up at 5am and she came by and did that, and it wasn't the first time.

I think this is a very tough industry and when there are so many different personalities in clients and caregivers, it is very tricky. I haven't used another service to compare it to.

We're using Right at Home La Jolla for my mother and it's been positive. They've been very helpful. They got me help, which I desperately needed, and the people they've sent have been very good. They provide companionship, cooking, cleaning, they drive her to the doctor, go grocery shopping, and walk her to the bathroom. The caregivers are very attentive, very kind, and very helpful. The scheduling has been fine. They come every day for 12 hours.
