If I could give zero stars, I would. When I called to set up a visit the receptionist sounded bored and angry, didn't give a director's name or take my name. When I showed up, there was no visible locking system on the front door and no one at the front desk to monitor entry or exits by residents. The entire facility smelled badly of urine, and some residents were in wheelchairs parked against walls or in corners. All but one of the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and the director was not welcoming. The "tour" was no more than 5 minutes long, they gave no brochures and the director never came to look for me to discuss care. Terrible place, I wouldn't place my worst enemy's mother there and I feel bad for the residents that are stuck there.

I did not like Wellington Place at Biron at all. My entire tour was less than 5 minutes. The entire place smelled like urine very badly. The lady showed me around the memory care, but it was very brief. There was no elaboration on anything. In all of the other places we went to, we were there for a half hour to an hour or more. The rooms were big. Probably the biggest ones that we had seen. They were spacious. The building seemed like it was in physically good condition. It just did not seem as clean as some of the other places did and there weren't as many common areas there. They had a beauty salon but it was packed and full of things.

The food was good, and everybody seems to enjoy it. Wellington Place was nice, but it was a bit old facility. I wasn’t impressed with some of the employees. There were a couple of them that were arguing and left the area, and when I was leaving, there were a whole bunch of them outside smoking. I just wasn’t impressed with the people.
