Mom moved to At Home Again-Rio, and our experience has been quite good. They are very, very attentive and very caring. One thing that I do not like is they have a cat for therapy and my mom doesn't like cats and I'm allergic to it. So when I visit, I have to wear a mask. However, they have been very good about taking care of mom. They have activities every day, and mom enjoys them. They have a happy hour once a week. They give them snacks at night, and they have exercises every day with a couple of people (one to lead the exercise and one to help). Mom just has one room and a bathroom. The bathroom has a nice big shower. The room itself is not huge, but it works. Every morning after they have their exercise, they have some sort of activity. Then they have lunch and go back to the room for a while. They have another activity in the afternoon.

My family is so thankful and impressed with At Home again. The owner and staff truly care about the residents and provide individual care. The food is great, the activities are fun and seek to engage everyone. They even provide an in house hair salon.

My mom calls this place home! That says a lot about the care she receives. The staff is great! They are very attentive to her needs. Many of them call her Granny. I am always greeted with smiles and as part of the home family! Alexandria is involved with every part of my mom's care! Thanks for making this place my mom's home.

My husband moved into At Home Again. The staff has taken excellent care of him, they treat him very well, and I have no negative comments about the place. Its very clean. They offer different things like arts and crafts. He looks better now than he has in the last three years.

My overall impression of At Home Again is awesome. It would be a place I would strongly consider for my parents. What I like about it is that the appointment was set up and followed up with me to ensure that I was going to be there. The owner of the place took me on the tour and was very prepared. It was very organized, which is always a good first impression. They make the food there and bring in musical talent and organize people. It's a great idea that people are able to give feedback on things that are lacking. They also try to cater to the food requirements for the different people and have nursing staff 24 hours a day. They said they could accommodate both my parents, but they don't have any large rooms they could share. People seemed to be engaged and doing stuff. The staff seemed friendly and said hi, and the owner was wonderful.
