My mother is in St. Rita Square. She's on the memory care floor, but she's being evaluated to possibly move to assisted living. The community, especially the independent living and assisted living, is great. There are some challenges in the memory care neighborhood. My mother is very high functioning. What we're finding across the board is the absence of programming as well as funding for people who are not severely cognitively declined, but maybe need a little more assistance than just straight assisted living. We were promised to have kind of a customized program for her. When we came in, that did not happen. We've been kind of struggling with that. We have to try to piece it out all together for her using whatever resources we have. With the shortages of help and employees and high turnover and all that other stuff, we're kind of settling into something acceptable where she can thrive instead of just be kept safe. She's in a studio, and it's quite spacious. She has her own private bathroom, which is important. She has her own door that she can lock or unlock. She has a key fob. There are lots of natural light. She has room for some of her exercise equipment as well. Their one bedrooms are nice as well. Over the year, the food has improved. There is a trattoria that is within the building. It's a fire-roasted pizza oven, along with a lot of other offerings, for the family as well as community members. There's private dining with her neighbors as well. That has improved greatly over the last year. It's pretty decent now. They have several scheduled activities for members of the community, whether they be in independent living, assisted living, or memory care throughout the week, like yoga or exercise classes. There is kind of a yoga workout space within the community. There are outings and other trips as well as game room activities. They have some staff that are awesome and some are kind of like, "Why are you here?"

St. Rita Square was brand new, beautiful, and light. The dining room was new. The staff was a very lovely young lady who knows her business. The people were very nice. They had a whole list of activities that you can partake in. They charge extra for parking $135 a month, which was not good. But the rooms were beautiful, clean, and well kept, and all the appliances were new. They've got washer and dryer in their rooms and great big windows.
