Berkshire Greendale was beautiful and it was right at the shopping center. There was a lot of excitement and a noisy, full of life place. The apartments were the prettiest I have seen, and the dining room was also wonderful although food was not served. It was also the most reasonably priced facility I had been to since they did not have shops and programs.

Berkshire Greendale was my number one choice. I like the fact that it was new, and the people were friendly. I like the level of independence, and I like the fact that it was seniors only. The apartments were new, fresh, up-to-date, and modern. They have underground parking, and I like that. They also have a washer and dryer, and I like that, too. They have no Bible study, but they accept Section 42 applicants. Food was not offered to me, and there was no dining area. They have patios and a nice view. What I love is the community setting. It's all familiar areas to where my parents have lived and where they shop. So shopping is convenient.
