My brother moved into Reena Senior Living a couple of weeks ago. It is a very nice place. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff is very helpful, very informative, and very nice. The residents seemed to be very welcoming. I saw the calendar of activities and it looked very nice. They have a nice activity room and it has a large screen TV. They also have a piano. In comparison with the other ones, they are reasonably priced.

We went to Reena Senior Living. I didn't dislike anything about it. What I liked a lot about it was the amount of space. You could have a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom or you could have a one-bedroom with a gym. And of course, the location is right there in Fort Atkinson, very close to my sister. So it was nice that the biggest thing was the room. They had some parking there, that underground garage parking if needed, that they could have if they wanted to keep their car. And they also had shuttles to grocery stores and events, so activities outside the building. The staff was very helpful. They gave us the information and answered all our questions. They took us to the dining room facility as well showed us several things. They showed us more than one room. I felt welcome. And it was open and a large community gathering area. More than one person was right there to ask me what they could do for me.

My sister will be moving into Reena Senior Living. They had nice facilities. I just felt that it would be a good fit for my sister. Everyone we have talked to has been very friendly and very helpful. They have a nice-sized room with a mini refrigerator and a nice view of the outside. It's light and airy. It has a beautiful walk-in bathroom with a walk-in shower. They had exercise, crafts, and special events available at different times. They have a beauty salon, a library, an exercise room, and a common area.

Our parents have moved into Reena Senior Living. The staff is wonderful. The food looks really good. It's a newer facility, so the amenities are very nice. The activities that are offered seem to be very engaging for our parents. For me personally, it was just close. It is a little bit more expensive, but it really is a nice place.

My father moved into Reena Senior Living this week. We liked the people, the atmosphere, the closeness to things that he likes to do, the closeness to family, and I have friends that live there. The staff is awesome. I've seen an apartment back in 2019 when I took a tour, it's awesome, but I haven't seen dad's apartment. The facility is beautiful. They strip his bed once a week, do all of his laundry, they have shuttle service, there are three meals a day, and he has his cat. The surrounding is very nice, and a very nice location. The staff is very nice, you email and they email right back.

Reena is a beautiful, clean, and a new community with a couple of floors. There's 1- or 2-bedroom efficiency apartments, and it didnt smell anywhere. I saw a couple of clients there and they were really happy. The two staff-members who accommodated us were very friendly and helpful. My mom was negative about going there, and they suggested really good ways on how to facilitate that. I saw some of the food that they serve, and the people we know who were residents there didn't have any complaints. I'm a nurse and I often help people with placement, and I'd say that this community is right at the top. The staff is super; another person did a follow up call afterward and she was even nicer than the first two employees that I met.

Reena Senior Living (formerly Aster Assisted Living of Fort Atkinson) is overall very good. The staff is very accommodating, very friendly, and professional. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and homey. It's close to town for people who want to get out. My aunt is happy with the food. I would recommend them.

I'm staying in Reena, which used to be Aster. It's a very neighborly type of community. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I have a two-bedroom with my own furnishings. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave, though I don't use it a lot because all the meals are provided. I have family in the area, so the location works out well for me. The food is good; portions are not large, but they're adequate. There are a lot of activities. They have a pub room, a theater, and I'm also pretty mobile myself, so I'm able to pick my own activities. They do a very nice job. This place has a friendly atmosphere.

Aster was ridiculously expensive, but it's beautiful and offers a lot of amenities. It was over $4000 a month -- which included meals -- but my mom wants to do her own cooking, and even if she didn't use it, she'd still have to pay for it. They had 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, nice bathrooms and lots of storage area and closets. Everything was beautifully decorated and very nice. There was a lot of walking because the building is very large, and some of the apartments are quite a distance from the lobby which is where they get their meals, so it would have been a problem. It's a nice place, but not the right place for Mom.

My parents moved to Aster Assisted Living last weekend. They had a couple of meals there, and they’re very happy with it. They’re very pleased with the facility, the staff, and the accommodations. The director and the staff at the kitchen are very accommodating. The facility is very clean, and the maintenance people are on top of things.
