My mom is a resident of Heritage at Oakwood Hills. What I like best is that it's a smaller one, but it's nice and quaint like that. So, it feels nice and warm and cozy. The upkeep is very good. The food is very good. They have good choices and alternative options for them. They have several activities. They do everything, like day trips to the pumpkin patch. They're providing bingo there.

Heritage at Oakwood Hills was very nice. It's small. It would have been our second choice but if there's a very bad dementia issue or needing to be lifted out of bed, then they can't do that. The staff during the tour was terrific. She was the director there. They had a beauty shop. They seemed to have a pretty full activity calendar. The staff was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was an older facility, but it was nice. There was nothing wrong with it.

Heritage at Oakwood Hills was very clean and well organized. They have a good percentage of workers among the patients, but they do not take Medicaid, which is a problem for us. We talked to some of the residents, and they were very happy there. The rooms are a little bit smaller, but that would work. I know they have activities for the residents.

I was impressed with Heritage at Oakwood Hills, except that there were no empty rooms when I visited so we couldn't see a one-bedroom apartment (but I would like to go back and see it again). It was clean and they were friendly. An acquaintance of mine had their in-laws there and they were very happy. The lady that toured me around answered all our questions, was informative, and was very pleasant. It was impressive.

Heritage at Oakwood Hills was very nice and very well-maintained. Everything looked pretty good, and the people were very pleasant. The lady that took us around to see everything was very knowledgeable and really showed that she cared about and liked her job. My mother really enjoyed the puzzle area and stuff. We didn't get to see the one-bedroom. I would have liked to see that, because that is what she wants to get into, but the studio that we saw was nice.

I toured the Heritage at Oakwood Hills. I liked it ok, I just didn't think it was fitting for my mother. The facility was nice, the people were nice, it just didn't feel right. They were very good with the tour, and the person that gave me the tour was good, the facility was clean.

My mother just moved into the Heritage at Oakwood Hills. She's 96, can hardly see, and can hardly hear, but she's very happy there so far. They have been very attentive to all of her needs, very friendly, very caring, and always checking on her to see if she needs any help, particularly as she transitions. I'm very happy with how things are going. I've met and talked with everybody there, from the main director to nurses, to the cook, to the CNAs, to just regular workers, as well as the maintenance man. She also liked the food, particularly because she has a choice. She has three meals a day, and for each of those meals she has two choices. She participated in one activity the first day she moved in and she was very happy with that.

Heritage Senior Living was very good. It was clean, nice and small. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The dining area was set up very nicely. They have an activities director and they had a lot of activities going on every day. We liked it very much because its all in one level, its small, and only had 39 rooms, and so its a more intimate setting than some of the larger ones.

I'm happy with the care that mom gets at Heritage Senior Living Eau Claire, but I would recommend people following up with what you're expecting them to do. I had to do a lot of follow-ups to get things started there; like she was wearing the same clothes for three days. The people are super nice and they're all doing their best. She is happy with the food. Her room is clean and well maintained. They have a variety of activities.

Heritage Senior Living Eau Claire is very homey. The rooms are fairly large and bright. They do a lot of activities. I don't have any complaints about it at all. My mom was there for a couple of months and she just went back because she had fallen again. The people that work there are all very nice to deal with and friendly. The food looked very appetizing and they always give you a couple choices. If you don't want the main entree, you can have an alternative. They are pretty accommodating. The facility is very clean, bright, and nice.

My dad is living at Heritage Senior Living. His apartment is nice. The staff is great, they're very friendly, very caring, and very prompt when he needs help. My dad has a hard time getting around, however, he seems to like living there a lot. They seem very attentive when he calls or asks questions, and they call me if there are any issues or anything going on. I feel like he is getting superior care. They have exercise classes, outings, book reading, and music coming in all the time. There are a lot of socials. My dad has gone out for boat ride with a group of people, and they had a cookout or a picnic where family members could come. They have a lot of activities for the residents. It seems like it is a very good fit for him. He has fallen a couple of times there, but it is more of him trying to do things that he shouldn't be doing. However, they have made adjustments for his care.
