My father is at The Renaissance. In my dad's words, he felt it was very homey, and it's very attractive on the inside. It has a lot of woodwork. The staff is great; it's just that there could be more of them. I think with COVID, they're trying to keep up with staffing. The staff members that they have are attentive and nice, but they could use more. He's not really into group activities, but they have a monthly calendar, and they have something planned every day. Today, they have the rosary in the morning, and then they have kickball in the afternoon, which they do in the activity room. In talking to one of the long-term residents, the food has improved markedly in the last month. They have a new director of food. The food is very good.

Renaissance has very nice facilities and really great living spaces for the people. Everything is top-notch and excellent, including the dining facility, the activities, and the spacious rooms. It's a very well-kept place.

We considered Renaissance because it has a very classic, upscale ambiance with really pretty furnishings. It was really pretty, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms were very nice and classic. The people were very friendly, busy, and took time out to talk to you. I think she will be very comfortable there.

Renaissance is a beautiful place at Appleton. I think they have the nursing home and assisted living next to each other. It is a beautiful place. They have beautiful and large rooms. They have the biggest room I saw in a nursing home. I visited the dining area when they were eating, and it was very nice. It was very large and very social, about as social as you could get.

Renaissance was a very nice facility, the staff was very friendly. I can't say anything bad about any of that. I just felt it was too large for my uncle and aunt to be comfortable in. I thought my aunt and uncle would be confused as to where to go because they have to do a little bit of touring there to get from point A to point B. That's one thing that I think would have overwhelmed them.
