- Special Comment: Our community is located at the entrance to a beautiful residential neighborhood, with a farm and fields surrounding the other sides. Apple Creek Place employs a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator that provides meaningful activities to residents based on their needs and interests. Activities include: morning stretches, memory games, bean bag toss, group physical therapy, happy hour, and music therapy. Staff also engage memory care residents one-on-one to help redirect wandering, and cope with confusion and sun downing.

Apple Creek Place III was the only one I visited. It was very, very nice. It's assisted memory care. The tour was wonderful. I like the rooms. The private rooms they had were extremely nice. The staff who assisted me were wonderful people. They provided bingo, they had an ironing board with baby dolls that they could carry, and they have board games, they have dances, and they have a family get-together. They can decorate the place for the season it is. They have a lot of freedom there. They could come and go inside and outside as well. My husband is a smoker, and that would be allowed outside. You could get up and go to bed whenever you want to and not at a specific time. The place is very neat and very clean.
