The rooms are always clean and the staff is the BEST! Very responsive, kind & caring. We are in multiple times every week at different times, and have never seen anything that would cause concern. The staff learn my dad's preferences, and always treat him with dignity and respect. They respond quickly (within minutes) to a call button, unlike the previous facility we were at that could be an hour or longer. The assisted living facility he was in before this, they had not given him (or got him to) take a shower in two years. Cornerstone had him showered within 2 days and twice a week since then. They are gently persuasive and truly care about the residents. My mom was also at Cornerstone for 3months before she passed. She was very restless and demanding, but the staff were always patient and kind. When we had hospice in at the end of mom's life, the staff were so supportive & caring to all of us. I could not recommend anyplace more that I do Cornerstone Court.

We are a memory care facility, and accept all levels of dementia. You do not have to have a dementia diagnosis to live at Cornerstone. Some of our clients are medically fragile. We are able to manage individuals with the following needs:
- Oxygen
- Urinary Catheter
- Insulin Injections
- Tube Feedings
- Bed/ Chair bound / require a mechanical lift to transfer
- Colostomy Care
- End of Life Care
- Incontinence Care
Our facility is structured with four separate living areas that can accommodate up to 10 residents each. This aids in keeping the stimulus low which is better suited for individuals with memory loss. The units are designed to look and feel like a home. We determine which unit a potential resident will best be suited for based on his/her cognitive function. We believe it's important for our higher functioning residents to be in a unit with other residents that are functioning close to their level.
We work with Home Health providers to provide any therapies that are needed or ordered by our resident's physician.

I toured Cornerstone Court. It was comparable to the other places I went to. They gave me a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost per month, based on what I told them about my mother's current condition. That was the main thing I was looking for. It was nice. It was on the newer side. It was close to us.

I really liked Cornerstone Court, it's really nice. The residents were just watching television during my tour, I didn't see any activities at the time. The rooms were of a moderate size, and the dining area wasn't very big; it just had a dining table.
