My brother is in Fairwinds - Redmond. He is in a one-bedroom, and the nice thing about it is it has a walking area all around the facility. The bad part of it is it's hard to get to. You have to pay pretty close attention. You can't make a left turn without getting out of there, so you have to go up and turn around to go south in that facility. They also have a swimming pool and a hot tub. We've eaten there about five times. The menu changes every day and the food is very good. It's a nice restaurant quality facility. They're very happy there.

We're going through the process of moving my dad to Fairwinds Redmond. We're hoping for maybe a little bit after the 4th of July. The tour we had with them was very nice. He thinks he's going to be very happy there. The way it's designed and built, the materials that they used, and the people that are running it, all just seems like a wonderful independent living place to live. I interacted with the staff very well. We also tried some of the food during our visit, and it was very delicious.

Fairwinds Redmond is beautiful, and I wish I was there. It was very airy, with large rooms, like the reception area, the main desk, and everything. They had high ceilings, lots of windows, it was very sunny, it was beautiful, and it was set in the woods. They don't take medicaid at all.

Fairwinds Redmond is a very caring and active community. It has recently been updated. The common spaces and restaurant areas are lovely. It has a pool. They also have a personal trainer onsite that works with the residents. We were very impressed with the apartments. They are quite large and spacious. Some of them even have outdoor patios. My mom hasn't moved in, but we put down a deposit, and she will be moving in shortly.

Fairwinds Redmond was very open, very light, and friendly. The management was excellent and they were kind and caring, which was really a big plus. The staff was really friendly and nice, and theyre really interested in what we were looking for. I really like their facilities. The one drawback was that very few of the rooms on the first floor had outdoor entrances. When we were there the residents were having an ice cream social and everybody was there. They were crowded and really excited. They also have a lot of activities they offer.

I came to visit one of my mothers old friend who is a current resident at this facility very nice place food is ok staff seem nice but one thing that stand out to me was this little boy in th lobby all by him self on a phone i figure he was one of the residents grandchildren but no it seem he was the child of one of the employees there because this young girl would take him food that little boy was alone in the lobby for a long time seems a little wrong employees bringing their kids to work

The food at Fairwinds was very good and better than the other places. I got there very fast, and my daughters found it the easiest to get to. The staff was very nice, very welcoming, very helpful, and very organized. I thought the rooms were a little small for the amount of money they were asking, and I had to furnish it. They had equilibrium class, which was important for me. I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I are in Fairwinds at Redmond Washington, and we are not happy with it. They shake my chair, and I don’t like that. The food is not the best in here. My husband and I have a two-bedroom, but it’s very small and expensive.

Fairwinds was much newer, and I liked the staff. I did not like the room that they showed me. It had a very strange layout. It was too far away from my kids. I liked that it was a new building and clean. However, the room that we saw was like it was like they had divided the living room into 2 different rooms. They said they had 21 different floor plans, but we only saw 1. The dining area was very nice and new. The food was delicious. They had lots of activities, and they had been very good to us. My husband was still alive when we went there, and we were very impressed with the place; however, it was just too far away from our 3 children.

I was able to visit Fairwinds Redmond, and it was very nice. The pool area was very light with lots of windows. The gardens were beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. The tour was wonderful, and they were helpful. They did answer our questions. With their activities, I know they have bingo although I really don’t remember them.

I chose Fairwinds because they have physical and occupational therapy, a pool, and the staff was very helpful. My apartment is a one-bedroom, and they do the apartment over before you move in, and I like that. The thing that I want to stress is they have so many activities to keep people moving; it is not just that you go there in your apartment. They have yoga, an aquatic program, dancing, and trips that you go on.

Fairwinds was a very nice place. The rooms seemed a little small from what my mom needed but they were very nice. They had outings, went to museums, and wine tastings among others. They also had a swimming pool.

My grandmother has lived her for a number of years. The thing I like best about Fairwinds is their staff. They are willing to go above and beyond to insure that their residents are cared for and their needs met. They have many other fine features but their staff is the best!

My husband's grandmom has lived here for almost 3 yrs. She seems content living here. I see it when she stops in the hallway to have a friendly chat with a staff member. I see it when she tells me excitedly about the card game she played with her friends. I see it when she can't decide between two meal options that both sound good at their restaurant. Also I see it in how she has her photos very proudly and neatly displayed and how she takes care of her room. She even plays on the Wii fit! I was very impressed by the facility, not just because the staff seem friendly and there are many recreation activities, but because more importantly, our grandmom seems to be satisfied and kept busy with stimulating activities and social life.

The Facility itself is excellent, with excellent service and amenities. Being located right off of Avondale road, it's quite convenient to get to (Just off 520). My grandmother is living there full time, and it is nice knowing that she has help around her 24 hours a day. She's confined to a wheel chair and needs help with basic tasks, such as food preparation and going to the bathroom. However, all these things are taken care of for her, which is nice. The only complaint I have is based in the fact that the staff there seems overly fearful of upper management. Typically, the staff are nice, accommodating, and great people, but they're unable to act as such when upper management makes them change the way they do things. Also, the rooms are a bit small, making it hard for my grandmother to navigate easily in her chair, but that's just a small thing.
