Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care is exceptional. They genuinely care and they do a really nice job of hiring great care providers for my mom and their other residents. The executive director, Brandie, is compassionate, empathetic, and really talented in the space of assisted living and memory care. I also appreciated how quickly she was able to assess my mom while she was still in the hospital, so we could avoid my mom moving twice. They offered what many others could not, and that is a nursing staff who could help administer her diabetic medication. I think the facility could benefit from a little bit of a refresh, but I would rather have the quality of care than a fancy place.

I toured Peters Creek Retirement Assisted Living & Memory Care. My son is going to have surgery and he needs care for the first week or so. He has visited the establishment, and he found it very friendly and clean, and he feels that he will be comfortable there. I was looking for a short stay and I found that they were reasonably helpful in arranging to have him stay for two weeks minimum. Most places wanted a month or longer and provided that everything goes well, I didn't feel that he would need all that time. The place is a small home in comparison to the others that I saw. I found that they were very clean and the people that I spoke with were friendly and eager to please, and so that was one of the reasons I picked Peter Creek. They have a nice dining room. Everything is on a small scale, but I found them friendly and clean. The staff was very friendly and very eager to please in any way.

The best part about Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care was their bedrooms. They looked more like a traditional apartment. The square footage was bigger. They had a dining room and an outdoor space. For us, the location was just not ideal, and it kind of felt more like a nursing home when we walked in there in comparison to another facility I've been to. The staff were very friendly.

Peters Creek Retirement looked good. My stepmom has not seen the room yet, but I'm sure she'll like it. There's a view out the window that goes out to a lot of trees. It's kind of a natural wild look in the backyard. I think she'll enjoy that. As far as all the amenities are concerned, they have the same thing. There are choices for different types of alternative meals besides whatever is scheduled. The staff member who helped with the tour was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring.

I was able to tour Peters Creek Retirement. It's pretty old, and it needs to be updated. The grounds were nice. Some of the apartments were getting updated and the rest needed to be updated. The updated ones were very nice. The staff were super nice, very knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a new manager, she's great, but she is just starting to set activities up and everything. A few of the residents were watching TV, and that's all I observed. They have a very nice patio for sitting. They need to renovate, and they've already started the process, so they're on their way.

I had a full tour of Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care. I met with Emily, and she was very, very nice. I met some of the caretakers. I saw the living conditions and they looked very nice. It was very clean and accommodating. The person that took me around was very attentive. She engaged with future clients. She was understanding and accommodating. She was very professional and very caring. It looked new, and it looked clean. It was very nice inside. I didn't see any trash. The room that I was shown looked very clean and kept up. I didn't see any dirty clothes or towels anywhere, so it appeared very well managed.

Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care said they needed to update the place and remodel it a bit. The outside was all mossy and needed a paint job. It felt closed in and the lighting wasn't that great, so you didn't feel like there was space in there. It didn't seem like there were many employees there either. I probably met only about three or four of them. I just wasn't very impressed with it. The place seemed run down, but the people there were clean and well cared for. It just wasn't what we were looking for in a place. Their dining room wasn't anything super exceptional. They had a room for arts and crafts. I guess I wanted a lot more as far as eye appeal and invitation, but I didn't get that. They had an activities calendar and it says that they were busy doing stuff. I was kind of appalled because when I came out of Peters Creek and walked into the parking lot, they had employees off to the left, just smoking right in front of you. I don't like smoke and I had to walk by them to get to my car to leave. Advertising that you're a healthy, clean place, was not a good look.

I would not recommend Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory. The facility was outdated. The grounds were not very well kept. There were folks smoking outside of the front door. The residents weren't engaging, and I didn't see much activity going on. The coordinator, the person who received me, wasn't very welcoming.

Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care was nice. All the staff we interacted with was nice. The lady that did the tour was awesome. It's just an older facility. It could use some updating, but other than that, it was clean. They had some units, called studio alcoves, that were a little bit bigger kind of studios.

Peters Creek Retirement Assisted Living & Memory Care was well located. It had all the things you need as far as food service and medications. It was clean. The staff during the tour was very helpful, and she was a problem solver. Any issues that my father-in-law had, she would have taken care of.

I toured Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care for my dad and I wouldn't recommend it. It was an old building and had a lot of musty smells. The bathrooms for the residents' rooms were very tiny. It seemed happy, though, and the people there seemed happy. It is just the facility. The grounds were not well-kept. The lawn was overgrown. I wasn't impressed. The staff was nice, though. The dining area was small for the number of residents. They could improve on the rooms by swapping out the carpet for hardwoods for people with walkers. It'd be a lot easier for the resident to move around. I also think it might be a good idea to bring in some professional cleaners or something like that to get rid of that musty smell.

My dad will be moving into Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care. I worked with the sales and marketing director, and she was very nice and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but it's very clean. All the people I met were very friendly. It has a calm and cheerful atmosphere. The room that my dad is going to is large and has a nice little kitchen.

Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care seemed like a good place. It seemed OK. The staff seemed nice. It all seemed good, but there wasn't quite a large enough room for my mom. It seemed like they followed mask-wearing protocols, so it looked like they were going by Washington rules. Cleanliness and upkeep seemed pretty good, above average.

I went to Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living and Memory Care. They were a quieter, smaller community. My sister also came on that tour. She was impressed because the parking was very close to the front door. She's handicapped, so it was a very short walk into the building and into the main area. The room that we selected for my mom was right next to the office. Parking was very close to the entrance. That was one of the main things that sold her on the community is her access. The person that assisted us was absolute five stars. She was a sweet, kind, caring, and vibrant. The facility was immaculate. The dining room was very close to the rooms, especially the room we selected for my mom; it's not a very far walk. They have physical therapy in-house, and they have a pharmacy, which is nice. They have a hair salon, and then they have a podiatrist that comes in. The food smelled good too. Based on our needs, I think it will be a very nice place for my mom. I think she will get absolute 100% personal attention. My mom has limited mobility and my sister, and it's a perfect spot for people with limited mobility because it is a smaller facility. They have transportation to doctor's and dentist's appointments, and they will do her laundry every week for an additional fee of 60 bucks a month, which is absolutely reasonable.

I'm living in Peters Creek. It's pretty good. We have a lot of vacancies. The food is not too good. They had a change in the kitchen, so it has kind of gone downhill. The staff is really good. They have bingo, trivia, television programs, and singing.

My mother moved to memory care about 3 months ago. Her care is very good; the staff are attentive and responsive to her needs and my questions/concerns. There are daily activities that she is encouraged/supported in participating in such as art and music, and she gets 3 good meals a day. Her studio apartment is spacious and clean, and she is always well groomed and in clean clothes when I see her.

Since the staff has been at Peters Creek for a long time, you could tell that it is a very stable and good place. They are very nice people, and they're very stable. Because of this, I know that thes residents are getting good care. I worked in Human Resources for years, so I know when people are happy where they're working. The chef was fabulous because he cooks very good. The place was very nice and very clean, but it wasn't as large as others. They did show me a 1-bedroom apartment; it was fine. They had other wing for memory and for Alzheimer's care.

Peters Creek was pretty high on the list. It is a large facility with a lot of parking. It is well-maintained and fairly new. They were well-organized and had a lot of staff. It was an excellent facility except that my mother required a little higher level of soft food and they couldn't handle that level of food. They wouldn't be able to handle her requirements for the food consistency (i.e., pureed food).

I'm a resident here and they are really a lot of complaints in here. And they are not caring people. The food was not very tasteful. The healthcare people were accommodating though. They are available 24/7. I love the caregivers, they are pretty nice. I can go out to shower every morning, just call them and they will prepare everything, and even help me out but I would not that recommend this place to other people.
