I lived previously at Chateau Bothell Landing. Everything was good at the time I was there. The food and the whole works were good. The staff was always willing to help any time I needed help. They were friendly. The food was excellent. They had lectures, movies, and tours. When I was there, the cost was fine. Now I can't afford it. It has gotten too expensive for me.

The Chateau Bothell Landing was a huge community. My concern about it was that it was on a steep hill and there was no place to get outside and walk. I went to look at their assisted living. Their dining room looked very nice. I was in one room of a lady who lived there, and it was beautiful, but it was very expensive with no place to get outside. There was a patio, but no place to walk outside. The lady who took me around was very nice.

We went to Chateau at Bothell Landing and it all looked very nice. We liked the woods and that it was close to the Bothell Senior Center. The dining area was spacious, was well set up, and very well decorated. They have a beauty shop, a barber, and an exercise room. They have everything a person could want. The staff was very cordial and very nice. It was very clean.

Chateau at Bothell Landing is very nice, and there was a lot going on. The staff was kind, and the people who were staying there seemed to be very friendly. I enjoyed that place. They had a swimming pool, an exercise place, good food, and good staff, and they're quite active.

We have chosen to move to Chateau. Everything we were looking for was there, and we felt very comfortable there. They met all the expectations that we were looking for, and we had a very good feeling about it. The food was very good.

I visited Chateau Bothell Landing. It was a lovely place with good-sized apartments. They had couple of restaurants and a bistro as well as a swimming pool. The only downside for me is their view is of another building, and I wanted to be away from large buildings and around the woods. The staff was wonderful, and the food was very good. They do different activities.

We were so pleased with the way the staff at The Chateau acted and how accommodating they were and letting me come back with my children, so they could see and help us plan what we were doing. My two children are close to me, and it’s easier for them to get there. The community itself seemed to be friendly and nice; the management there that we spoke to was much more outgoing. I like the area. The unit that I’m looking at is being built and faces the Sammamish River, so you have some greenery and some water to look at rather than just looking out of the window, and it has nice balconies. I was very impressed with all of that. I was also very pleased with the fact that they have a swimming pool for exercise. The Northshore Senior Center is just across the street, and that’s helpful, too, because I can go there and do things, and they have a lot of activities going on there as well.

My parents have actually moved, and they are doing fine at the Chateau in Bothell. This is where they felt most comfortable, and they are very happy. It has a lot of amenities and a variety of places to eat, not just one restaurant or cafeteria. They have a pool, they have workout rooms, and a bus that takes them to various locations. It just has a lot to offer.

The staff seemed nice, and they had plenty of amenities. They have a place to eat that is open all day and a more formal dining room for the evening if you want to go there. Their rooms were bigger, but they were more expensive too. I think Chateau Bothell Landing is designed mostly for the more independent. There were a couple of swimming pools and different things like that. The place looked nice, and it also has assisted living available, so that was nice. Like I said, it was more independent, a little more upper class, and they charge a lot more money.

The Chateau had water aerobics through the Senior Center, and I attended that for seven or eight years. The class was in their heated pool. The woman who directed our exercise class was a program director or something, and she was certainly very cordial, warm, and fun. We were invited to come and participate in some of their activities. On special holidays like Thanksgiving and other major holidays, they’re always decorated. They had a good size building that’s right across the Senior Center, and there's some parking that’s fairly accessible to the front door. The pool was located downstairs so we took an elevator down.

I was very impressed with Chateau at Bothell Landing. I’m most interested in their finished building. I can walk around and along the river. They weren’t pushy and they were very polite. Some apartments were bigger, and I was happy with that, too.
