We originally chose this community for my mother because of the spacious rooms and grounds and the very accessible location. I have come to appreciate the staff and managers at Sagebrook as well. Staff and managers at Sagebrook have met every challenge caused by the pandemic this year. They have maintained a safe, supportive, and rich environment for my mother and I appreciate all of their hard work.

We decided to go with Sagebrook Senior Living at Bellevue for my sister because it's close to our house and the cost is more suitable for us. It's more reasonable than the others we looked at. The people there were very friendly. We looked at memory care and there's a caregiver who speaks our language, so that's very important and I think that will be good for my sister. The staff was very nice.

My tour at Sagebrook Senior Living at Bellevue was good, the place was fine. It was a little older facility but it was clean and they had good facilities for assisted living. Their memory care is a lockdown facility for Alzheimer's. They wanted to put me in a room with big picture window glass, right on the sidewalk, right on 15th Avenue. Somebody that's unstable could potentially go right through that glass. So it wasn't a good fit for us. But Kay, the staff we were working with, was very nice and very helpful. They had a good menu, and the dining area was clean and put together well. The general area and the outside yard were nice. It was a good facility. The staff we talked to was good, she did a good job. I looked at their menu and it looks good.

My mother has lived here from 2 1/2 years. She has received safe, individualized care with lots of activities. The activity director has been outstanding to keep everyone engaged and to provide many compliments and praise to the residents. Activities include chair aerobics, discussions, puzzles, artwork and helping decorate for special days. The administrative staff have kept us informed and provided several safe ways to stay in touch with our family members especially during Covid precautions. The facility is clean with good food. The rooms in memory care are large with plenty of space for a bed and other furniture along with a private bath. My mom has many resident friends and has enjoyed her time here.

The facility is clean and nice. Although, my mother has not made it easy on them, the staff has been accommodating and friendly. They have worked hard to adjust and change to her needs in order to keep her as safe and comfortable as possible with her current decline. They have been good at responding to my questions and walking my sister and I through this transition. The rooms have adequate space and I was able to decorate for my mother. The staff has been willing to take my mom on walks often because she is very physically active despite her cognitive decline. I appreciate the efforts to find what she enjoys and help her feel at home.

I visited this place on Saturday and it was do cute. Lots of music playing and residents are very friendly. Staff seemed nice and open. I also looked at memory care for the future for my mom just in case and it smelled nice, music was going. I loved it. Rooms were big and had refrigerators in them with walk in showers. The activities calendar was packed but they were having lunch when I got there. The salmon they were serving was beautiful and Mom enjoyed it.

We liked it, but they were more independent and assisted living. There was a concern that my dad could get by their security system. Other than that, it was a good place. I think they had a salon. People congregated in one little area that spilled out into the hallway. They were probably having a good time.
